Stanford was not Helpful or kniwlegeable Vending machine was broken

What I liked about this hotel was it was near stores and near the airport.

What I didn't like was maybe the AC took awhile to cool down

great location, right off the 10 freeway.

my room, 302, smelled of marajuana. it came in through the bathroom and was very strong like someone was smoking in the room below or behind mine. so i wasn't able to take a shower due to the smell. but i figured it will be gone by morning. wrong.

Hotel staff is friendly. Hotel located next to a popular diner and fast food restaurants.

Rooms are small and overpriced. Appliances such as the microwave and fridge are outdated. The room keys do not work. Need management to open the doors. The only elevator at this hotel smelled of roach spray. Not a great place to stay for comfort or rest.

it was very clean & the pillows were very fluffy and nice

they took a $100. deposit on my debit card for a stay that was $100./ night prepaid though your service. They told me it would take 3-5 days to have rthe deposit refunded after check out. That is ridiculous. They could Zelle it same day.

It was close to the airport. The reception was friendly, The continental breakfast was good.

i could hear the pipes flushing from other peoples room, i was on the 2nd floor and i could hear the top floor squeak and the people walking all the time. Someone was knocking and yelling at my door at 5am. not to happy.

The Airport shuttle was complimentary.

Someone died in the hotel. It was handled quietly though.

Well kept property and the room was exceptionally clean and smelled good. A lot of good food nearby. Banks are near by as well. Loved it.

The location was fine, and the girl at the front desk was friendly.

Main problem was there were bugs in the room; at least one spider, and a couple other small crawlies. Sheets and towels were pretty poor quality, and the beds were awful. Not sure how this place has a multiple star rating, one of the worst I've stayed in.

The staff does a good job at keeping the hotel and breakfast area very clean.

For breakfast there was only one waffle maker which there was a long line for. Other than the waffle they had preheated jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, cereal, muffins and cut watermelon. The breakfast sitting area was very small.

Breakfast could be better.

The front desk manager, does not know what customer service is. This "manager" appears to be racists towards a certain group of people and will to be reported up to her supervisors immediately.

Staff was friendly and fun. The room was decent and every thing worked fine. Breakfast and it's location was decent as well.

The bath towels were worn and dingy.

It was very clean the staff was very helpful we got there our TV wasn't working right so the staff took the time to come up and sit there and program it back to the way he needed to be very good experience

Bed and pillows so comfortable. In same center there's a Denny's with a Cantina.

Expensive to just stay one night.
