Folk Inn Ontario Airport

I did not stay at this hotel. I requested a refund. There was cockroaches in the rooms.

It was in walking distance of my event I was working

The air conditioning was not work good and it got really hot in the room and there was some cockroaches in the room.

Bed Bugs!! Woke up that first morning to bed bugs. Made them reimbursed me and had to book another hotel and wash all my clothes. Front desk was not surprised and said they have had issues with bed bugs. All this while trying to take the bar exam.

Not much of anything.

Pretty much everything. The hotel was dirty, smelled like marajuana and the lights in the room didnt work

They advertise gym, not available since covid. Also, rooms are old and have an old smell to them. Front desk help, not always available.

Worn down,broken and removed bedroom interior, no service,wat overpriced

Hotel had good bones - one can see that it once was a nice hotel; good carpeting, furniture and countertops.

It appears that management/owners are failing to maintain the premises, repairs are shoddy, and cost cutting measures have been implemented. Looks to me like the hotel is on its way to becoming pretty dumpy.

Close to the convention center. The staff was very nice.

The smoke alarm was missing. The air conditioner/filter barely worked and was noisy when it did. Very loud but I was close to the airport.

Lights didn¿t work phone didn¿t work had to switch rooms cause the first one had sticky floors and a cock roach in the bathroom

Staff is rude never going to stay here again place is run downed nothing works

I reserved paid on line for the room. When I arrived I was asked to pay the same amount again plus a $60 cleaning charge. It was advertised as transportation to airport and breakfast. Neither available

The hotel room was very dirty. There was black hair on all of the sinks and counter tops. It almost made me barf looking at. It made me question if the Hotel room had been cleaned at all.

The hotel was very dirty and it smelled rooms were run down when we walked in all windows were open walls were all scuffed up my family did not even take off their clothes at night that¿s how bad it was well not recommended at all

1 Roaches. 2 Torn chairs. 3 Torn curtains. 4 Dirty hall walls. (no pictures) 5 Small pillows, stained sheets. (no pictures) 6 Cigarette burns on the bed covers. (no pictures) 7 Missing drawer in the dresser, to name a few, I have some pictures.

cigarette burns in the coverlet, wet/slick entry tiles, chipped toilet seat, discolored tile grout, loose BR tiles, broken fire alarm covered with gauze and tape, AC so noisy you couldn't't sleep with it on but it didn't work well anyway, no safety latch

This is a really bad quality hotel. The moment you walk in the entire complex smells like cigarettes and when you walk into your non-smoking room the smell transpires to cigarette burns on the curtains, sheets and eventually all your belongings.
