Cons -

The room had blood stains on the walls, curtains and bathroom floor. Thy did not clean it until two days later. Disgusting.
2 days of cold showers (not great for those with back problems), no phone in The room to contact the front desk, beds not comfortable, the front desk people could be friendlier.?a smile can cover up a lot.
There was no small refrigerator in the room. I expected one.

Convenient location. Room was large.

Check in staff was unwelcoming. Hotel claims to offer breakfast but it is a bag and ends at 0900 even on weekends. Room is was a little dirty and worn. Pool was nasty and not maintained - Old algae growing and dirt coating walls and ladder.

Front desk staff was unbelievable nice & personable, and of course i love that there is coffee available 24/7! Continental breakfast was great and the staff in the breakfast area couldnt have been any nicer!

Location right next to extensive outlet mall with over 200 stores. The hotel staff was very kind and thoughtful. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent

The rooms are so roomy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

No wifi for the duration of our stay. As we were travelling from Australia, this was very annoying.

The staff is great and the rooms are very clean. This time i checked in I saw the dryers on the floor that let me know that they shampoo the carpets. I love this place!
