Rancho Motel - Ontario Airport

The shower door didn’t shut the bathroom door wouldnt shut the A/C couldn’t be felt and there was ants in the room

FUCK THIS PLACE DEPT OF HEALTH NEEDS TO SHUT IT DOWN

Was full of roaches. Staff was highly rude and unprofessional. So many people outside making noise. People living living in cars on property. Crack heads everywhere. Mold in shower. Roaches followed me.

I complain that there was a person trying to break in the room and when they wouldn't listen I called the staff and they said they would not help me so I grabbed my stuff and left and they will not give me a refund but I'm sure the person stayed when I left it was a dangerous person and I told him they had a weapon

The towels look kind of dirty they don't look like they're washed the blankets are okay but the sheets have a burn marking a hole and the inside of the pillow was kind of dirty like they don't wash the pillows nasty ??? and some roaches lurking around that's scary disgusting ???........??️

unfortunately there's nothing that I liked here

manager was rude and did not accommodate me to a different room due to a broken TV in my room and was racist

Convenience and the time table was fluctuates to my standard i could check in early morning and not have to check out until next day

Towels are hardly ever present in

Cockroach’s everywhere, ants as well. The room is very dusty

The room was dirty the shower was way to small and was dirty had old tenets socks hanging in shower so that tells me it wasn't cleaned the towels had black stains the bed was hard and had blood on the under neath there where roaches even in the nasty refrigerator the curtains you can see through it just felt so dirty everywhere

Could not stay having roaches crawling on me and my significant other while laying In bed so I had to lead and I need to get my money back

A/C wasn’t working properly, room isn’t as advertised, roaches on the bed, mini fridge had ants

I didn't get to stay because the guy thought something that wasn't true. I had prepaid for the room when I reserved it. I didn't get my money back

Dirt cheap. Thats the only redeeming quality.

The obvious hookers which may or may not have been dead bodies, drug dealers, hearing multiple gunshots that were way too close for comfort. The facilities were completely falling apart.

Location, they have frigde and microwave, free wifi, good tv. Bed was comfortable. Quiet.

Rooms and other furniture kind of old.Restrooms poorly kept but functional.

Needs More Outlets To Plug In Stuff
