Got their late an the lady who helped me still was very friendly. Even when i locked myself out of the room the staff was very helpful.

Decent size room big bed nice tv has a balcony nice wood floors I also liked the layout of the room.gave the illusion that it was bigger && not a typical motel. You couldn't look straight into the bathroom from the bed.

It was cold && the heater wasn't the best. Could use more pillows. Two flat pillows on a king size mattress didn't work for me.

It was in a nice area, close to stores, and the place was quiet.I had my three yr old && 4 month old it's kid-friendly. I also liked that the room had a balcony.

I stayed on two different rooms both rooms the heater didn't work very well, and there was wood flooring so it was cold in the room. Nice size beds but needs more pillows. And fluffy ones not so flat.

Yeah the room was horrible, dirty, smelly, no soap in room, old dispensaries in shower with nothing in them, and the guy had the nerve to beat on my door at 11am telling me its time to check out. I needed a shower once I left that room because it was SO

Room dirty, it was a hot day and the pool was closed.

The bed was very disgusting, the mattress was very noisy. I will never stay there again, I checked out 5 hours after check in.

Housekeeper Ruben he was very helpful polite respectful willing to help us with anything we asked for. He made our stay a lot more comfortable.

Property management was rude and not helpful at all.

Just had a quick stay of 1 night, was heading into LA, checked in around midnight. Staff was nice, I was helped with everything i needed.

Is what it is...Terrible area, lots of noise, late night traffic of the illegal kind as the area is prone to be, However, stayed for overnight and i was gone before 6am

our restroom door did not lock and there were holes on the wall . room smelled like cigarettes

it was close to locations where we needed to be.

I had asked for downstairs only! I have artificial knees and cannot walk upstairs! They had me in an upstairs, he said the only room downstairs was with two beds. I had to pay an extra $20 a night so I paid the extra $40 for my two night stay. The hotel is already overpriced and old, but I pay because it is near where I go. I have stayed here for several years now. But don't think I will be back. And also the remote did not turn the TV on or off, but it did turn the channels.

I found at least two live and two dead cockloaches in bath tub within two to three hours. Very UNCLEAN and Unsatisfactory.

There was no breakfast.

The place had roaches and blankets looked dirty.

The maintenance kid is nice! He gave us rags to clean with and warned us about how the smallest things they would try and get their deposit back.

It is DIRTY. My son walked around barefoot in the room and within minutes his feet were black! Shower looked like mold growing out of the bottom. The cabinet broke when trying to get to the fridge and all they say is this happens all the time. Not the best beds either, feel a rock.
