Uncomfortable bed/pillow, stairs, same breakfast both mornings

Great breakfast and location. A fantastic hang.

The bed was way too soft. We both had bad backs after each night's sleep. Definitely need a firmer mattress.

We are early risers, either inroom coffee makers or lobby coffee at 630 would have been good for us. Also, perhaps no mention of the stairs on your webpage could be addressed. We were fine, but someone with mobility issues, who knows.

The view was good and the room was very big

We called a month in advance for early check in, and called again on the drive there. Even with all this advanced notice, we were not able to check in even 10 minutes early.

Very comfortable room. Great breakfast.

We had to lug our luggage up multiple flights of stairs. Glad I’m able bodied. The tv didn’t work. And we were pressured to leave a tip for the staff upon departure. Weird.

Was a rainy day but lovely still. Beautiful Inn inside and out. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

Gardens were so beautiful. Staff was exceptional. Appreciated the Tesla charger. Many breathtaking hikes nearby.

We both enjoyed our stay very much, altho next time we would ask for a ground floor as we did have a little trouble climbing the stairs. lol The breakfast was fabulous ( especially the candied bacon] . Thanks for all the help in giving us directions to and from where we needed to go to attend our granddaughters wedding. Again, Thanks for everything, Betty Lorenz and Darrel Lecklilter.

The only thing I can complain about is the noise outside of our room after 10:30 in the evening. Maybe a reminder note somewhere that says that quiet time is after 10 p.m.

Welcoming staff. We got a wine tasting. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable. We loved the tub in the room.

Nothing. It was all great. No complaints. Maybe a King bed instead of a full would have been better

Outside needs some TLC. No breakfast on weekdays. Beds too soft

Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Chef was pleasant and helpful. Garden was also very beautiful. However, we expected more for the value.

The ambience of the room. Did not receive a very warm welcome.

Wonderful atmosphere in the inn: this includes the wonderful porch, lovely gardens, comfortable room and bed. The wine hour is a bonus. A short walk down the hill to downtown and all the restaurants. The best handled Pandemic breakfast that I have seen: delicious foods packaged in take away cartons. Made breakfast a pleasant experience during Pandemic.

We liked everything, will return.

Breakfast was delicious; Fruits, cereals, ect were packed in separate containers, with the option to take anything we wanted to the room.
