Dirty . Towels were old and dingy, air conditioner smelled like urine

The only thing good about this hotel is that it is close to Universal Studios. Also, hotel did not charge for parking.

Homeless people hanging out at hotel that were doing drugs on the grounds. I could not let my teens go out of the rooms without me.

We had booked a suite and were given a standard room with a regular bed and a twin bed. The person that had the twin bed was 6?3?, disabled and forced to sleep in a tiny bed. We called your customer service about this and ended up being hung up on.

Location was great and staff was friendly

The rooms were very dated and smelled bad. The bed was very uncomfortable and one was actually broken and sunken down. Pillow's we're terrible and actually felt like 10 rolled up socks inside, they badly need to upgrade beds pillows and bedding.

No Coffee Maker - No Microwave - No bath Towels Old hotel in major need to refurbishing. Over priced for what is provided.

The only thing that we liked was the fact that their towels were soft!

The hotel was dark and dreary and needed updating a long time ago!! There was no coffee pot in room! The room smelled so badly of stale smoke that we had to leave after the first night even though we had paid for 2 nights!

The sweet girl at the counter upon check in was super friendly and knowledgeable. Answered any questions I had with a smile. Upon checkout the man helping was super appreciative with the information given. I would definitely stay here again.

That it had an option on a large king with a twin bed for a child.

The area was unsafe. A homeless man w/ a beer in his hand entered the elevator. As a result I had to take the stairs. I already mentioned it to the office employee who made zero effort. 10 minutes later he knocked on my door asking for drug paraphernali

Small, cozy and convenient location.

Yes, I had asked for a jacuzzi room and was told I could have one for the price I  paid when reserving. When I got there they t me it would be ---

Location close to Univesal studios and is good for who's is looking for free parking, break fast, helpful staff and pleasant environment. May not be a good choice if you are looking for amenities like pool/spa, coffee maker, iron, microwave
