Location, gated

Needs updating, not enough parking, people live there long term, had very loud music on check out, pillows are lumpy that hurts your neck

Photos don't represent the actual hotel conditions at all. Extremely filthy, suspicious guys in parking lot at night. Shower didn't work. Requested a different room, but the 2nd room was in similar conditions. Found roaches, bed bugs. Truly nightmare.

The room is clean the clean room

Yes the staff is very rude I believe cuz I had a book trip I sent the lobby for 2 hours to book in and they came and told me that they couldn't rent to me just by appearance I guess the judge me by looking at me

The room was dirty. Stains on the bed sheets. Restroom tile cracked inside of the shower.

Nothing was good I've called the health department

Roaches receptionist was rude you have to give $20 cash for the remote

Absolutely everything. Should be torn down or burnt. Filthy place Sheets were stained and torn. Bathroom was filthy. No services. Night clerk was stoned out...wordt dumpe I ever had to suffer a night in..checked out next am to find ANYTHING, street!

Horrible all the way around. I had to leave there was only hot water. Couldn¿t wash my hands or shower. Office did nothing to help.

It¿s run down, outside and inside. Lacks any service. Reported issue with water. No one addressed concern or offered another room. Overpriced for such low quality. Rude office staff. Don¿t stay here it¿s not safe or sanitary. I had to leave smh

Can't think of one thing that I can honestly say I liked about this hotel. I mean the water got boiling hot after like 10 minutes.

Cleanliness was bad, parking is weird, junkie hotel seems like. The price for this should've been like $49 a night from the condition of everything. I booked it because it had a pool but it looked filthy with a layer of who knows what at the surface. -5*

The location was convenient

The room was in ill repair. The floors were sticky. The toilet was loose and the worst part was there was no hot water for my whole stay. When I complained, the staff were unhelpful. I asked for the manager and gave my number- I was never contacted.

There was Starbucks coffee, a variety of decent soaps in the shower, and is pet friendly.

Broken ice maker 5th floor, no comforter, hair in sheets, rack in bathroom breaking, no maid service, coffee with no creamer, one used roll of toilet paper, waiting for luggage cart over an hour after calling three times and talking to cleaning ladies.:(

It was gross. Don¿t be fooled by the pictures like we were. Everything was broken. The TV looked like it had been punched, the faucet was coming off the sink, the toilet ran all night. The neighborhood was sketchy.

Think of evert one-star review you've ever seen for a hotel, and put them into one for this hotel. Extremely sketchy and definitely did not feel safe at all. My door didn't even lock! Dirty, not safe, not good. I got a different hotel the next day.

I paid for my room and left because I¿m refurnish our house. When I come back my key doesn¿t work and the motel staff was half sleep and wouldn¿t fix the key or provide me with a room. I ended up sleeping in my car and being horassed by police

The microwave and the tv control does not work properly

Rooms need maintenace. Missing floor tiles, damaged walls, graffiti, inadequate outlets, kitchen cabinets old and unusable

I was given a room that was dirty. The sheets had stains the ac was dusty, and the room appear to be under surveillance. I requested a refund but only received partial.

The rooms need an update. The bed sheet had cigarette burns on them and the bathrooms had holes in the walls

The location was convenient to where we needed to be.

Sloppy craftsmanship throughout the room. There were areas that needed to be touched up with paint, TV cable was broken in the first room we were put in and then when we did get a room with a TV all the channels were mostly Asian.
