Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Riverside Corona/Norco

The breakfast was terrible. Everything was barely cooked and came from a microwave. Eggs sitting in water, sausages sitting in water. No one watching people make huge messes.

Very clean and had a great breakfast. Price was decent for the area.

The convenient location just off the 15 fwy in Norco

I found the pillows to not be that comfortable.

The room was really clean, bed was comfortable, staff was great

More channels on the TV would have been nice

The cleanliness and the app selection on TV (Netflix, YouTube etc) while offering free HBO and showtime not just cable like most hotels.

The internet was a bit choppy that's all.

Everything was wonderful with one exception. We got no sleep due to alarms.

Some type of alarm kept going off didn't get any sleep which was needed. Very disappointed as this is usually a quiet restful place kept very clean and well maintained and very nice staff helpful staff I entend to complain to Marriott on my stay.

I love this place the staff is awesome and very pleasant. The rooms are great and very clean the maids do a fantastic job.kudos to the staff.

This was our last night in the hotel, at 1:30am the schreeching fire alarm goes off no fire. It took at least 10 to 15 mins. For them to shut it off. There was a continuous alarm going until we checked out. No rest for the wicked. No offer of a comp. room

There are too many to list, the staff from the front desk to the maids are all excellent and a pleasure to have their helpfulness.

With the exception to the wrong room and it had a tub in the bathroom I struggled to get out of. The stay was ok.

The staff was excellent and most helpful the room was fantastic very clean and quiet room.

The fact that check out os at 12pm but tje card key doesnt work an hour before check out I was locked out of my room and had belongings still in room.

What wasn't to like but for the no breakfast they advertise, an apple and granola bar is not breakfast, virus or not.

No breakfast like their information says, it should have said not serving it at this time due to virus and given a discount because your not getting what your paying for.

The hotel is close to the venue we needed to be at.

Several cars near mine ( I counted at least 5) were broken into. I did not see any security canvassing the area, especially since there was a large transient camp a few few away from the hotel. Also the smoking section is located right next to the pool

I enjoyed the spacious room. Comfortable bed. Lots of cable channels with lots of movies.

The toilet was making noise, then toilet stopped flushing and we had to move to a new room late at night. Need more bacon. Love to see maple bacon.

I like that the check-out time is noon.

Staff seemed to be more concerned with thwir conversa5ion with other employees, horrible noises from the roof due to maintenance before 6am! Woke up to fear of the ceiling caving in and a disgusting mess from their bathroom sink pipes backing up

The location

Bed sucks. Bedding is rough. Shower head is a joke. Left early because I could not sleep in that bed anymore it felt like sleeping on a couch. Very firm. The breakfast times are stupid. And the food for the breakfast is horable.

I tried to check in early and agent said I had to wait til 3 pm. Migraine headache because kids were stumping on my head.

The rooms were clean, had a lot of space and quiet at night. Breakfast was good.

Loud house keeping during the morning.

That the staff knew I was in a bind after having surgery due to a double mastectomy and I needed to rest and didn't have my cards with money and they worked it out for me. There are still great citizens who sincerely care.

Everything was absolutely perfect!

When I got home from work,the maid left my room ajar,luckily nothing was takin.Front desk reacted like it wasn't a big deal.

Hotel over all was very nice.

We were there 4 nights and every day we had an issue with housekeeping, from not cleaning the counter top in the bathroom, to not leaving coffee that we asked for and one day leaving no coffee or cups at all. In 4 days not one roll of toilet paper was rep
