Hampton Inn Norco-Corona-Eastvale

Room 330 carpet and room mildew smell and I asked to change rooms. Unfortunately nothing else was available. I was very disappointed.

The rooms where updated, and everything worked fine.

One of the rooms the tub was dirty, but they changed it and the new room was fine. The lights in the room are a little dim.

the employees were above my expectations. between hugs, smiles, attentiveness, helpfulness, and charm....they were all exceptional. best hospitality i have ever received.

When I checked in. I checked in late at night just before midnight unfortunately I don't remember her name but she was extremely polite. I felt very welcomed.

1. pool is not clean...stay there 4 days, don't want to use it. 2. toilet had papertowl left inside 3. shower head (half of the water) not going through the tube waste of water...

Check in was quick & easy. Room was a good size with adequate amenities. Bathroom was clean & spacious. Breakfast was good although I really only ate the Waffles & bananas. Check out was easy. There are plenty of food places & stores surrounding it.

Business room computer would not work staff was helpful printed it off for me but did not like bothering them

The hotel was in the process of removing the wallpaper from the hallway. The third floor reeked of wallpaper stripper the second night of my stay.

Friendly. No phone in our room. Continental breakfast was good. Staff efficient otherwise. Checkin desk unattended frequiently.

$50 per night deposit. Would have been nice to know beforehand. Good thing is it was refunded in 2 days after checkout.

Very clean hotel with a great location for walking. Pool was clean in off season and room service was attentive. Affordable prices.

The staff made multiple mistakes on my reservations. Although they were kind, they messed up billing 3 times during my 4 day stay. The front desk is inexperienced. Loud guests in the room next door and hotel going through large renovations on my floor.

Nice central location in town, the beds are clean and the breakfast staff are kind. Hotel is quiet and nothing was broken in the rooms.

Found hairs on the bath towels, front desk staff are inexperienced and each employee will tell you a different policy which lead to billing errors and needless room changes during my trip. Hotel is being renovated and is under construction during my stay

Great location

When we checked in we left the lady know that we are light sleepers and one of them be on the top floor she put us on the second floor after the second day we had to be moved to the top floor which Illinois from the people above us

It is close to where I needed to be

The walls are very thin. Lots of large groups. Lots of noise. We had to call the front desk and complain about the people above us after midnight.

Bathroom completely dirty. Cup on counter that had stuff in it. Room was just not cleaned. Did get another room.

Peace and guilt. Staff was friendly.

No one clean my room. It appears as though they did not have me check in. Nevertheless they took the payment.

Price lowered after a certain time, making it affordable to stay the night instead of having to drive back to San Diego.

The room was emaculate, great housekeeping staff. The room smell nice and everything was clean and in order. The beds were comfortable and the location was very quiet.

Check-in was difficult, there was no staff present at check-in and several guest where waiting in the lobby for service. At one point a staff member said that someone would be right there but nobody showed up. Check-in was delayed.
