- Location was amazing and the staff were great!.
- The staff was amazing, exceeded expectations. They were so informative, took their time to answer questions and show genuine interest in creating a great experience for their guest. Even the shuttle driver, we were waiting for a bell driver to take us back to our room from the salt pool and he noticed we were cold and waiting and before leaving for the day took us back to where we needed to go and shared shuttle scedhule for the next day and recommendations for the restaurant at the villas! Honestly can’t wait to come back
- As a whole it is a great experience. The property has great customer service, large two bedroom suites, and the rooms are clean.
Cons -
- They had only Parking for 1 car even though we paid $40 a day for both. The second car was a long was away. With little kids and groceries it was difficult to navigate.
- When I reserved a room from another travel website, we got a room with a beautiful view. The two times we reserved a room from Booking.com, we were put in rooms with views of trash cans and construction debris. With a balcony being advertised, I prefer a better view.

Location was amazing and the staff were great!.
