Cleanliness and cheerful staff
The room was large and wonderful and the breakfast was amazing. Hotel employee was wonderful - kudos to her.
Rooms size really big with nice view of the garden. Breakfast included and amazing staff.

Cons -

The room layout was a bit strange, water in shower was just barely hot enough, the automatic lights and fan in the bath was disturbing in the middle of the night.?
I was suprised by how noisy Highway 20 has become, but that has nothing with the hotel.
No signage from the road
