Location to the shoreline amphitheater, it's only a 5 minute drive.

The only odd part was the lobby sharing the breakfast area, and got crowded pretty fast too.

The staff! Front desk staff were most helpful! They were available, patient, and offered suggestions.

Within walking distance of work and Caltrain. Safe and clean.

Very comfortable beds and nice breakfast

The hot tub is out of service until next year. We chose this hotel partially for the hot tub so that was a big disappointment.

The location was perfect for Downtown Mountain View. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy.

Ample parking.

The room location was horrible. We were told we could not change rooms because of Covid cleaning. It was very noisy which prevented us from getting a good nights sleep. Our room was never cleaned for four days. We are very disappointed.

The room was a 2-3 star. The front door of the room has a space between the frame and door, also on the bottom of the door.The full Continental breakfast was a small box breakfast.The walls were Xtra thin.

Pretty much all of the experience was not worth the money spent.

Location

The staff at night was weird and rude. Did not permit a 1-hour check out extension and didn¿t provide a reason why. Seemed like a scammer hote, the rooms adjacent to mine had their doors opening and closing throughout the entire night.

The safety of the parking lot and location, close to freeway and stores and places to eat

It was so clean! During our travels we came across some questionable establishments but this hotel was very well kept. It was nice to feel safe especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Facility was well kept. Didn't get to experience all the amenities due to covid, but it was a great experience.

Early check in, late checkout, newness of hotel and design of room, free breakfast, accommodating staff, and location.

Loud neighbors (hotel room right next door to us) from about 1-5am. No staff available to answer at the front desk when I called about the noise from our neighbors. Inconstancies between staff members and what they explained about another issue.

The breakfast selection was the best I have ever experienced. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly but not intrusive.

The amount they charged for the queen room was not what you quoted us. But with all the changes it may have factored in somewhere.

The room was clean and the bed new.

The water was not hot. It ran hot and cold. There were ants in the room. One night the parking lot was full and we had to park on the street.
