Everything. Great location, friendly and professional staff, clean and quiet rooms.

Great location. Entire hotel is extremely clean. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Will stay there again.

Great location with walking distance to stores and fast food.

Due to covid fitness center closed and breakfast options were very minimal same due to covid.

There is only a limited number of parking spots, especially after 8 pm.I wasn't able to watch any cable.shows on the television because the hotel had just set up a new WiFi and it constantly popped up on the screen. One staff attempted to resolve the issue but was unable to.

The bedroom is Ok, it was big and clean. The breakfast was very complete.

At the front desk one lady received us and she was not nice.

Elevator was broken the whole time I was there. Room was facing El Camino Real, so a bit noisy.

I can't get a taxable invoice for a business trip. They say go to booking.com to get it, booking.com says to get receipt at property! Way too much of hassle for business travel, then I have to eat the cost!!!

This was a nice stay. We came for a concert so we were only there for one night. The room was very clean. T.

I would say the only negative was the small parking lot. A hotel employee said that most people do not drive there, but that seems odd to me as many people stay in places for road trips. Also, being close to Shoreline Theater, I would think that people drive to town for concerts/events. I did not notice that parking was not guaranteed when I booked the room. So perhaps you could make sure that information is prominently displayed for potential guests. Thank you

The hotel staff is very nice.

The first thing I want to start with is the terrible parking. The dividing lines are drawn chaotically. It is almost impossible to park a car in the evening! On the second day no one cleaned our room. There was an unpleasant smell in the room.

The front desk staff was superb!! Although they didn't offer the exceptional bus service, they only referred to Uber or Lyft and a very good breakfast and staff who assisted there too . Mattress was comfortable

No pool! Or hot tub! My room felt like it was designed for a male.

Clean. Breakfast was good and hot. Yummy biscuits and gravy. Coffee was bitter

Was not able to sleep due to a noise which sounded like crickets. Kept me up all night. Then about 5:30 am it stopped.

The breakfast was adequate. The location was very good. It had a little bit of a funky smell. At first I thought the parking was a little tight, but it turned out fine. The iron didn't work, but they promply brought up another one. The coffe maker didn't work. The bed was extremely comfortable. All in all, it was a fine place, and I would stay there again.

The shower curtain wasn’t sufficient to hold the water in. The floor was always soaking wet after a shower.
