Hotel Strata

Staff was awesome. Room is beautiful and remodeled. All high end and modern. The heated bathroom floors were a luxury. The rain shower was was a perk.

Pool needs an upgrade but it'll do as long as there isn't a lot of people.

The room was beautiful and they changed my reservation to my last minute needs with no problems. I will definitely keep booking this hotel anytime Im in town. Amazing staff location and customer service. I can¿t say enough good things about it.

Well refurbished establishment. Friendly staff. Cozy place.

As the building itself is old, the noise from upstairs (footsteps) could be heard.

The Strata hotel was wonderful! The entire staff were excellent, helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was exceptional. The location was central but quiet. I intend to stay at this hotel again. The rooms were spacious, clean, with very comfortable beds.

Very clean and located close to business district

Very expensive for property based on a motel style rather than a Hotel.

No sink in the bathroom I don’t like sink for brushing teeth near the microwave and cook makers If there one in the bathroom will be excellent

Good location. Near Mountain View center and 3min walk to shopping area like Nijiya market. Well managed and equipped room and gym.

Breakfast is good for 1-2 day stay but could be improved for longer stay.

The rooms are large and very well equipped. very comfortable recliner chairs, heated bathroom and kitchette floors, huge tv, electric fireplace. Most importantly, the beds were extremely comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

They have so many thoughtful amenities. Elemis toiletries , a bidet, a CLEAN hairdryer, Nespresso machine, suit presser, lots of chargers, air filter system, yoga mat and foam rollers . The room and bathroom were very clean.

Many thoughtful touches that are very convenient: international & USB power sockets, big TV with external easy to use HDMI connection, etc. Also cleanliness and overall quality of furniture etc are all great.

Except for no restaurant ok but overpriced

We chose this property because of the restaurant but we learned on arrival no restautant.very disappointed

Excellent furnishings and cleanliness. Looks like a traditional California motel on the outside; great furniture, amenities, etc, on the inside. And, I forgot to book the first night I was there ('cause I'm dumb), and they accommodated me with no trouble! Thanks for that!

Wifi stopped working once for a little while, so I had to make a call on my phone instead. Didn't raise the issue with management, and it went away a little while later. Probably a fluke? ?

The Staff went out of their way to buy a bouquet of roses and my fiancé’s favorite bottle of red wine as a surprise( I had proposed earlier that day). We showed up late to the Hotel and the staff reached out for timing updates so they can set things up accordingly. My fiancé and I showed up and she was thrilled with the surprise. My many thanks to the Hotel and staff for their help. Absolutely phenomenal help and such a beautiful room with many features. Thank you SO much! And a huge Thank You to Kirit Patel! You were such a huge help and a blessing!
