Amazing room, extremely clean, very good staff

Room was clean

Loud on first floor. No breakfast as advertised.

WAS TOLD ONLY ONE HEATER WAS BEING USED SO SHOWER WATER WOULD HIT YOU WITH COLD WATER

The first room given was very dirty had a live cockroach in a drawer. Missing handles on drawers. Dirty chairs and very unclean room. After talking to the office I was moved to another room with a dead roach right inside the door. Water came out brown.

Location. There's a Parking garage, although it's a bit cluttered due to remodel.

All amenities are closed due to remodel. Plastic and caution tape made it feel a bit unsafe. Elevator is old and doors close to soon. Room was nice but, not cleaned well. If they can't operate safely and cleanly during remodel, maybe thry should close.

We loved the location and it was quiet. Didn't walk around it much for we were there for a concert, but our room was really nice to come back to and get some rest for our long drive home the next day.

It is an older building and for only a 2 1/2 star hotel it was really clean and nice. It just needs some up dating in the main lobby and the furniture ( like dresser and drawers) to make it feel new again in the room.

Free parking. Free Breakfast including make your own waffles. Located right off the highway.

There is a night club right around the corner from this hotel. Don't stay here if you expect to get any sleep!

Room was huge

Right on the edge of a 10 lane highway, no hope of sleep due to the noise

This is an older hotel, but it is well maintained and quiet. It was within walking distance of my work, so that was great! There is also a little Mexican market around the corner that serves hot food every night, so it was convenient for dinner.

The only negative was that the wifi is slow if you are trying to do work. It's fine for reading emails and online news.

Hotel is nice clean.

I saw the curtains are riped I took video.I brought this with the front desk person she couldn't do anything did not offer to solve the problem . It was room 113 on first floor.

I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel for the star level it is. The breakfast was ok, but the breakfast dining room was too small for the amount of people and very very warm. The staff was neither rude nor extra friendly, just a normal ok experience.

Breakfast a little bland but very quiet and calming hotel. Lady who checked us out of the hotel was so kind

Guy who checked us in was quick I’ll give him that but a bit judgy on his facial expressions not like he was happy to be there

Rooms are very quiet and clean. The fridge and microwave are available in the room. Have a bathtub.

Can be loud from being close to the freeway. Some stores and food places can be a little drive away.

Breakfast. There don’t have options for breakfast . Cold coffee.

Clean. Free basement parking garage is very convenient when it's raining.

Refrigerator was not cold enough.

Breakfast are was very clean! The food was yummy with lots of choices. The coffee was hot!

Staff was ok. And breakfast was good.

Bug found in my room. Phone didn't work and TV didn't work. Smelled funny in the hallways and gym. Almost like they hadn't cleaned in a while.
