Great location and very friendly staff.

The breakfast in the morning is nothing to get excited about. There is a Jack in the Box right down the street for quick breakfast.

Hotel Manager was very professional and I felt very respected by him as a guest. Breakfast was ok, w/ croissants, bagels, yogurt, and frozen breakfast sandwiches that could be heated in the microwave. Bed was comfortable.

My car trunk was opened by someone the morning I checked out (so there was nothing stolen at that time), and I did alert the manager about that. There are surveillance cameras facing the parking lot, so that is helpful in investigations.

Staff was very friendly and hotel was well kept.

It?s an older hotel but the rooms are still very clean.

The staff is attentive and friendly. The location is convenient, being close to the freeway and within walking distance of downtown Mountain View, which offers a variety of restaurants, bars. The property provides free onsite parking (back and front).

There are cleanliness concerns, including dusty surfaces, dirty carpets, and a general lack of maintenance. The furnishings and decor are outdated and peeling paint on the walls. Breakfast options are very limited. The room layout is awkward.

The location is convenient

we were first put in the room that was actively with bodily fluids on the headboard and nonworking AC. We were then moved to a room that was no bigger than a broom closet, literally stuck in between two rooms next to the stairwell. It was extremely noisy

Parking was convenient

The hotel was so HOT and stuffy with little ventilation. The ac did not work. It was so uncomfortable to sleep and I did not get a restful one. I checked in late from travel and needed a comfortable good night's rest.

Room was in poor condition-broken blinds, bubbling plaster, and electricity only worked if the lights were on.

This hotel was rated 3 star.This definitely was not a 3-star hotel.Honestly, it could be a cool boutique hotel but it seems like no one really cares about it. Chipped furniture, old sheets and don't even ask about the bed and pillows. Elevator faulty.

Air conditioner did not work well. No screens on sliding door. Stains on chairs and furniture elevator did not work well

The level was just what I needed for this trip. The staff is professional and helpful. I have used the hotel several times before and will return in the future

The breakfast room. is windy and COLD

Clean, comfortable and quiet.

TV service not good.

Wall thermostat and TV remote didn't work. TV had a grey bar in the image and pixels that were white, plus it turned off randomly. Only one towel hook/bar in the bathroom. Tub faucet was coming off the wall. Cracked grout around tub. Sink backed up.

The location was the only good thing about this hotel.

There was blood stain on our pillow case and dried bodily fluids on the love seat. There is not a 24hr front desk help as stated on there web page and when we tried to address issue the person couldn't help. Called to speak to manager the following day

Prompt and courteous services in the most parts

Waited 15 minutes to checkout. No one at the front desk even after ringing the bells so many times.

It was cheap. Check-in bad. App for check-in didn't work.

The front desk man was very nice and professional.

It is not a 3 star but a 2 star hotel. The sheets were dingy and looked like they weren't changed. The light switches were dirty throughout the room. They had breakfast on Thursday, but not Friday.

There weren¿t any amenities as was stated the room was small no breakfast,said 3 stars and was 2 no coffee maker said it was 1 mile from destination and was 5

TV wasn't working, AC would go off after 10mins. You could hear the neighbors.. And in the morning.. Elevator went out. No way is this a 3 Star hotel.
