- Cleanliness and location.
- Beautiful hotel with great amenities... Valet staff super nice and front desk staff were somewhat nice. But ,there is always one bad apple that has to spoil things. Appreciate the kindness of Junior in Valet for helping me out.

- It was really good.
- The morning staff upon check out had one bad apple.... a little biased on her approach to me, with her customer service. Not necessary for her to be profiling customers.
- The street is not so safe so you feel one should pay for valet parking at $22
