Beautiful scenery, ability to park close.

Room, bed, furniture all pretty run down, floor and walls squeak and crack and groan walking around, paper thin walls, smoke coming in.

Their bar closed at 8, they had shut down the hot tub (one of the reasons we booked this hotel) and they would not give us a late check out.

Beautiful, romantic, clean, well decorated serene cabin on the edge of a lake. They pretty much thought of everything including the extra snuggly blankets in the closet. One of the best overnight stays I have had in my life.

A beautiful location with cozy accommodations.

The food at the restaurant was a little overpriced for the quality.

Location next to Lake Siskiyou

Cabins are much bigger than a hotel room. Maintenance is good. Good mattress. Good value

The cabins are a bit dated. Heating is loud and doesn't reach the rear well.

Beautiful and huge room, and such a cozy location! We had some appetizers and drinks and they were great. :)

I do wish the dining room had been open a little later, especially since there's limited choices in the area. Penny's Diner was amazing though!

This is my all time favorite resort when we go for skiing. After we had dog we couldn’t stay there but now they have opened it for dogs. Their rooms are specious and clean.

The chalet is exceptional! And the viee

The price! The staff told me that what I book is quite expensive and if I book it directly to them it might have cost me for $4++ compare to almost $600.

The king suite cabin was beautiful and spacious with a fireplace heater in the living room. The lake view was awesome! What a treat!

The shower head could use an update

Nice location right on the lake shore. Surrounded by the beautiful nature of Mount Shasta. The chalet was fully furnished, very clean and comfortable. Super cozy!

The cabin was cute and the location was great. The beds were comfortable. The decor in the lobby was very cozy.

The wifi didn't work in our cabin but we just used the wifi from next door. The restaurant was not bad, but a bit pricey for what it was.

Location: secluded, quiet, spectacular! Clean, rustic, quiet.

No water bottle as welcome to guests in the room!

The place was amazing perfect to relax for a weekend gate-away. The restaurant, the spa and all around was just splendid.

Probably the vendí machine since it took my $3.00 and did not get my water. Also the bed maybe need an upgrade. The one we stay make noises like over used.

The area is lovely. Forest and the lake combination is amazing. The cottage was well maintained and large. Heating and aircon are both very effective. Parking in front of the villa is convenient and free. Leave the luggage in the car, go to the reception in the main building and then drive to your cottage/villa.

The food at the restaurant was nothing to shout about. The restaurant is a bit stuffy however the sitting areas outside are out of this world.
