A policy about pet charge was not mentioned. My email asking about it was not answered. I was charged $25.00 and a $3.00 tax fee for small dog. That was greedy. Most places charge $10. or $15., and often waive the fee. The pet area was very small.
I liked the tea that was provided and that the room felt cozy although it was a bit small.
The room isn¿t sound proof at all, but ear plugs were provided.
The staff was so friendly and helpful with a late check-in. The room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely return.
When I called to say we'd be arriving late, they said no problem and left a key for us in a lockbox. Very nice and friendly on the phone.

This is a very cute comfy little place. Nice interior & exterior, comfy bed. Loved the room setup where this had 2 bedrooms. The main room was spacious & nice to have all the amenities- fridge, microwave, coffee pot.
Took a bit of time to get the hot water to the faucet, but get it was 24degrees but it was hot soon enough :)
The hotel was very updated and comfortable. Amazing amenities were also provided that aren¿t being offered at many other hotels due to the pandemic.
