Strawberry Valley Inn

Quiet, picturesque location. Large, well laid out room. Cabin in the woods feel. Excellent continental breakfast.

Very nicely kept grounds and room. Nothing fancy, but well maintained. We arrived after a day on the road in heat to a pre-cooled room, a friendly desk and a lovely garden. Breakfast was more than usual, with waffles, hard boiled eggs and fruit.

The staff. The breakfast. The ambiance. The outdoor gardens. Great location, close to town and restaurants.

Greeted by a child watching videos at the front desk. After who I asked twice, she screamed for her Mother who didn¿t say hello but just asked for my credit card. She was not helpful with suggestions for dinner.The toilet ran all night as did the refer.

Have fond memories of this hotel from years past. Wine happy hour in the evening was charming

Breakfast was not up to the standard of years past. Girl was late getting it up and running. Food quality was poor. No hairdryer in Room 2. And no one in office to ask.

Dog friendly. Really nice staff.

The room was nice and the bed was my favorite one from my entire road trip. The next morning me and my brother got a great breakfast from Madeline in the main house. I will try to take a longer trip to Mt Shasta later this year or early next year and come back to the Inn and go snowboarding ??

Reasonably priced room was clean and located short drive from the center of the town of Mt Shasta. The staff was great, and the room included a free breakfast with choice of cereal, toast, waffles and a hard boiled egg.

The folks in the neighboring room woke up at 4:30 AM and turned on their TV and began talking out loud. We knocked on their door and they stopped.

The room was very clean.

Bed was hard. No kid stations on the TV, not even PBS. The breakfast did not have adequate protein for a healthy breakfast and started too late in the morning. It was a disappointment! Obviously not a family friendly place and I wish that would have been advertised before we booked what I though was going to be a special place.

Quaint Inn with comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. I enjoyed a complementary glass of wine in the early evening and mingled with other guests in the main building. The breakfast was also wonderful.

The one and only thing was the little coffee maker in the room was dirty inside but I guess most people don’t use this as there is plenty of hot coffee available in the main building.

Everything went so much better than planned. I was expecting an average room but was surprised to find a room that was extremely comfortable, clean with everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, the coffee and tea was nice and the breakfast was hot and tasty. Everything was better than I imagined. I have stayed at this property many times over the last 35 years and this was the best stay.

Loved this place. It was cute and clean and a great location. It was comfortable and relaxing.

Easy to check in and check out. We were able to park directly infron of our room. The place is aesthetically adorable and I would have loved to have a quiet coffee there bit we had to roll early. Highly recommend as a cozy little place to stay.

TVs were dated. Remote didnt work for the bedroom TV but it wasnt that big of an issue for us.

Check-in and checkout were very easy and quick. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Very nice staff and the property was cute and charming. The morning breakfast was a treat and the room was comfortable,I would stay here again.

Hot water needed to be hotter. Better lighting on sign to see at night coming in for the first time. More options for breakfast but it was still good.
