Ayres Suites Mission Viejo – Lake Forest

Location is close to visited family member.

Well, the restaurant across the hotel had awful tasting cocktails and very pricey. Hotel itself is wonderful.

Very quiet rooms plus bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

I was surprised that there was no coffee bar available besides breakfast times. That was disappointing.

Bathroom toilet was too low to the floor. Very hard to stand up from a sitting position. No wall grips to hold onto while trying to get up. Very difficult for an elderly person like me.

Rooms are spacious and comfy. We got amazing massages at their spa

No food options open later near by, but no fault of the hotel

An excellent place to stay when I'm in Orange County, CA. Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast----what more can a traveller's ask?!

It is probably a better suggestion to have guests stay on the second floor. We were in room 101 and guests after 10are NOT Quiet. Talking at the top of their lungs and SLAMMING the doors. ..Guests should be considerate that people are sleeping at 11 pm!

Location was in a quiet area with convenient gas, restaurant spots. Breakfast and parking were included and very nice. Rooms had fridge and microwave

Convenient! Reasonable price. The rooms are not pre conditioned. Our room was so cold when we entered and it took a while for the heater to warm up the room.

Yes I called for a late check out.They said it?s not allowed and wanted me to check out at 12pm.I said I?ll stay an extra night since I was so tired and stayed in bed.They asked me to go to the reception to book the extra night which defeats the purpose.

It was easy to find and the location was perfect for what we needed.

Clean, quiet with a good sized room. Nice pool area with good sized whirlpool. Free parking. Good prepared breakfast.

Breakfast menu doesn't change on a daily basis. One server had a problem with giving more than 2 pieces of bacon.

Size of the room, hotel hardware are all in the room very continence, easy parking and free.

The staff is well aware of their guest list

Parking was hard , we came at around 1:00 am from a party at Huntington and the parking lots were taken . The kind receptionist after hearing about the parking situation did say that they are willing to look for a vacant parking for us.

The location is wonderful and it was very quiet.

Credit card was charged for $115 that was not authorized.This was in addition to the deposit of $125 put down for incidentals. My room was also pre-paid throughthe app.The front desk said it was probably an accident. Now takes up to 10 days for refund.

Clean room with good lighting, above average complimentary breakfast, attentive front desk staff, responsive assistant general manager.

One staff member was inattentive for one day (of the five we were there) in the dining room for breakfast; tv didn't work in exercise room; somewhat disruptive children (more a reflection of poor parenting), pets.

The rooms are nice and there is free parking!

Got wokenup bya dog barking in the hallway at 5:30 in the morning. Also, the breakfast was served at the hotel next door!
