Convenience of location to SFO airport

NOISE levels were horrendous - walls and ceilings are very thin and we were kept up until far after we wanted to be asleep for a 5 AM flight by not just those in the room next to ours, but also by other extremely loud noises multiple times in the night.

The room was so clean and modern.

Outlets on wall did not work.

The small size made it easy getting to our room. It was conveniently located near the airport, but also in a walkable, old-town style commercial district.

Room was clean and secure

Unfortunately, the custodian room was right above and there was a lot of walking back and forth during the night

Clean, safe and close to the airport and rental car return.

Rooms were up to date with modern decor. Hotel looks nice and clean on the outside. The area is safe.

Can possibly run out of parking.

It was so clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great

Shower was great! Rain head was awesome with option for handheld sprayer also. Bed very comfortable and fireplace in room! Wow- added a romantic touch. Very clean, free parking, free breakfast but we opted in to a restaurant within walking distance.

This hotel is close to the airport, banks, restaurants and a mall. We were in room 120 and it was amazing with 2 bedrooms and small living room. All the comfort of home at great price. Will definitely come back to stay. Also comfortable beds and safe.

Its close by to the airport. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was a good breakfast compared to most places Ive stayed at. I liked that you needed the key card to enter to through the class area before entering to the room. I felt more secured.

The beds are small.

the room was nice, though the walls are kinda thin you could hear other guests .The free breakfast was good

It said there was a airport shuttle ,they DO NOT have one !! the front desk told me it stopped in Nov 2023. That was the reason I booked this hotel. I was disapointed that I had to pay over $ 20 for a ride to the aurport ..uber

Whole staff was friendly and responsive to requests. Hot breakfast from 6 to 9:30. Suite allowed for privacy for 4 adults comfortably (1 king and 2 queen beds) with 3 tvs. Room was quiet. Bathroom was large.

So clean! Accommodating friendly staff. Great location.

Very small room more of a travelers hotel only good thing is lots of shopping and restaurants near by Ibwill not book again

Tiny rooms I will pay 40 more for better stay and experience

Clean, modern, very friendly and helpful staff.

.-.

Friendly and efficient front desk staff Super clean room Close to airport

No, everything was perfect.

Very clean, free room service every day, excellent free breakfast

Airport shuttle was not free and we were not made aware of that earlier. It¿s cheaper to take Uber if it¿s a group.

Hotel was very relaxing. Room was clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was a good quick bite before work.

Parking was a little tight for so many cars. The laundry room needs a change machine or to be able to use card. Also hotel didn¿t have laundry soap the had Clorox color but no detergent.

It was very clean and comfortable and the fireplace made it feel cozy. The tv had a decent selection of channels

The parking lot was small but I have a big truck. There is enough parking. If you are towing anything you wont be able to park there. Its probably fine for regular size vehicles.
