I wish the daily rate was a little lower

i had to leave after 1 day because there was no power all day, no tv, all my frozen food spoiled and had to be thrown away. couldnt breath cause there was no airflow and windows didnt open. i had to use the stairs to go up and down feom my room to car

The room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean!

Airport jets started waking me up shortly after 5 am. The breakfast the first day was good. Not great the second day. Omelette tasted like center was velveta filled.

Clean, new, spacious rooms with kitchenette. I love the breakfast, easy parking, 1 short block to Caltrain and bart when I don't drive. I discovered it when I was flying from SFO once (perfect location for that), but it has become my go-to place when visiting the Bay area since.

A better restaurant within walking distance would be good!

The location had a clean and modern look and feel, and the rooms were comfortable and attractive. I did not partake in the breakfast.

Great hotel with friendly helpful staff. Our room was ideal - we have a 7 month old so the kitchen facilities were needed and there was plenty of room for him to roam around. Good breakfast included and easy location to get to the airport and downtown.

Nothing major to note as we really enjoyed our stay. Very minor point but there was no kettle in the room (only a coffee maker) and so I needed to boil water for our babies formula in a pan but this wasn’t a problem.

Our king studio was well equipped with a great kitchenette. We were only there for one night and didn’t use it, but will definitely consider staying here the next time we come for an extended visit.

No sign on the parking lot side of building to know if we were in the right place.

I like the location and how easy it is to walk to my job.

Bed could be a bit softer for people that have hip issues and back issues

Pretty standard hotel but with a nice kitchen area in each room. Sound insulation was fairly good and beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is a bit boring but it’s more for business travelers etc. good access to the Millbrae BART station. Starbucks is next door and there’s a Trader Joe’s about two stops away on the train.

When I first checked in the gave me a room that had not had sheets put on the bed but it was a mistake w housekeeping and they were extremely apologetic.

Good location. Clean rooms.

Extremely unsupportive and uncomfortable pillows. Ruined our entire stay.

Location was tremendous and so easy to get to on the metro from the airport. A 5 minute walk from the metro station. Room overlooking the runway was excellent for my aviation geek son.

Breakfast choices could have been a little better however was sufficient both mornings. Breakfast staff so happy and friendly.

Great location for easy access to SF and the airport! Super spacious room with lots of food nearby for late night snacking.
