Security deposit too high usually $100 but they charge me $212 I don’t know why

Friendly staff. Very clean surroundings. Great and accessible location.

I extremely hate the noise of the fire alarm that went off 3 times during the remaining 4 hrs of our stay. We checked in late so my husband and I tried to get more sleep/rest when all of a sudden the fire alarm went off. We were awaken 3 times.

Location near public transit and airport. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast choices ok.

No airport shuttle. One advantage is proximity to airport but need to spend $20 for taxi or uber to get there (2 miles);. Hotel is dated but kept up fairly well.

Breakfast was terrible. Website was not up to date with operation changes to reflect covid restrictions. General appearance was sub-par. And there was an additional charge to my card that was not received or requested.

Fairfield inn advertise shuttle to the airport that was my main objective for staying at this motel when I arrived I was informed that they had discontinued the shuttle two months before that yet they¿re advertisement still said shuttle available I asked

I asked for a receipt and received a copy for and $5.99 what I was charged on my credit card I have no idea The breakfast Was very limited in items and quality was poor

Staff was very helpful and prompt in fulfilling our requests. For breakfast, we were given a list of food items to make choices.They boxed up our requested breakfast items individually as we entered the common dining area while keeping socially distanced.

Still no shuttle (understandable)

They did not have a shuttle but that is because of Covid.

I did not stay at the hotel after they told us there was no shuttle service in spite of its mention on the list of amenities the hotel promised to offer.

CLEAN ROOM...very nice friendly staff...breakfast was very good

The TV control was not lighted---so very hard to see in middle of night--without a night table light on.

Room had a musty smell carpets need to definitely be replaced! Bed and furniture wore out too old motel 6 has better beds and furniture and less expensive.

shuttle, pleasant front desk staff very nice comp breakfast

1--two televisions in room, neither worked. One "reset" by houseman but began malfunctioning immediately after 2--asked to speak to GM or manager 4 hours before I departed, was told he/she was "with" someone and apparently that person never left.

This hotel is in the middle of a low income neighborhood. Open the curtains to run down backyards and train noise
