Construction in the next room left earlier because I couldn't sleep

The bed in the accessible room is a little tall for a handicapped person but that is a minor thing. I take no points off of their rating.

There was only 1 friendly staff

They charged me 200.00 for a wet sheet

The room was big, quiet and except for not having a plug in the bathtub was exceptional

The pending 100 for the room showing twice in my bank account

It was clean

The beds where so hard I slept on the floor went to the front desk about it was told they were all like that to deal with it. Checked out immediately and refunded my trip. That’s how I dealt with it. Went to stay at a 1 star hotel the bed was soft there

Was not happy with the hotel. Elevator was not working. Having family member get stuck. Making us late to our event.

AC was dripping water. We didn’t notice until my kid got his feet wet and resulted with getting sick and a cough.

The staff and breakfast was oaky. Stephanie at the front dest was very accomodating and also the week person at the desk. She looked middle eastern or Spanish, she was very nice. too.

I took pics of the jacuzzzi, the water was super cloudy & dirty on sat/sunday. Mold on the drains and filters. Unhealthy and pool too. Had not being clean &lots of leaves.. Homeless in the pool & garbage from Saturday was still there on Sunday.

The front desk staff, the room space, and bed was comfortable. The breakfast!!!!

Only thing is way they had the king bed frame/box springs made it where if sat on side of bed it tipped.

Ice machine on 2nd floor has been broken since we were there in Jan! Now Oct!

The staff were really friendly.The breakfast tasted good.I have a Jacuzzi bath tub in my room.Everything was just so nice.It's one of the best places i've ever stayed at

Lobby Main Desk Help

One room had a bathroom not cleaned, very poor insulation---heard hwy 99 traffic very loudly. Sticky carpet in other room. Weak shower pressure and not hot.

Room faced freeway, had road (and train) noise throughout the evening.

1,Quiet atmosphere. 2,Friendly staff 3, Good Breakfast.

No microwave in room.

It was a gorgeous room, it was my girlfriends birthday and she loved the hot tub in the room.

Our car was broken into right in the main parking lot, we lost lots of stuff, some of which is impossible to replace, without so much as a "sorry" from staff, as if they could care less.

I like the frendly staff. They handeled an emergency situation with the hotel water supplies and made me feel very comftable the room was very clean and maintained

Hilton should be embarrassed to have their name on this hotel. Our trip started with staff at the front desk INSISTING that she had the right to charge us $50 per night for our licensed service dog! She claimed that the dogs are also PETS. ADA??

It was quiet, and mostly clean. And pretty convenient for accessibility.

The pool and spa both shut down/closed by the County (for over one month, to boot), many things broken/damaged in rooms - toilet seat, shower head leaking, fridge cabinet door won't latch and several other things. Lots of maintenance stuff.

I came to Merced to visit my granddaughter and brought 2 other granddaughters with me. They wanted to go swimming and the pool was closed. It wasn't listed on the website that the pool was closed. They were very upset, so that made my trip not every good.

The location. Easy access on/off freeway.

The breakfast was disappointing with no breakfast meat. And our shower had a problem with the handle. Difficult to turn on/off, and did not get hot.

The room had a big wet spot from the ac, the pool and jacuzzi were filthy,the elevator broke down,and I was almost jumped coming back from the am pm.
