TV doesn’t work well. No one could come to room to help me with the TV

I was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken there is no pool

There was nothing I liked about the hotel I checked out 2 hours later

I did not like the cleanliness of the room the low grade performances from the shower hard sheets everything was horrible

The hotel pictures don?t look like the hotel the hotel looks rundown. They said they have a pool and hot tub, they don?t. They try to steal Money from me and would have succeeded if I didn?t pay attention to my debit card.

Clean, room was nice, had breakfast available.

The staff did not keep up with demand for breakfast. Eggs were dried out, then ran out. Need more toasters too, people were lined up. Would like more healthy options.

Everything was falling apart. Toilet seat, TV, AC, shower. Breakfast was scantly stocked. It's unbelievable. Had to switch rooms twice. This hotel needs serious renovation. They charged $150 for damages. Use your best judgement before choosing this hotel.

Collecting safety deposit when check-in but refusing to give a receive, 2 days later they charged extra funds from the credit card without giving any reason.

This hotel was reasonably priced with all the amenities, such as a refrigerator, microwave, free breakfast & in a good location. The staff is friendly & helpful.

The housekeeping needs improvement. The room was not as clean as it should have been. The enclosure of the bathtub needs to be clean more thoroughly.

Location and parking for a trailer

There were two control panels for the air conditioner. They didn't tell me that, nor mention which one to use. Only the one I didn't know about would do the job. TV had no signal because cable was disconnected. So, two trips to the front desk.

Easy checkin process and location is right next to the freeway. Oh and the breakfast was pretty good, the seasoned potatoes especially.

Hotel needs a revamp, carpets had holes in them and it just feels kinda old in the room. Pictures must be from when it was first open, because that is not what the room looked like. Pool and spa are covered by boards and the sauna was closed.

Room mold on ceiling carpet dirty and bathroom dirty at night was loud the rooms are open wall style the heater was set 65deg unable to adjust family stayed there as well all had same or more experience

3 floors were open wall it was more luke a jail style 44deg was very cold

It had good parking for truck and trailer. Staff where very nice.

Well i got a non-smoking room but it clearly had someone smoke in the room at some point as the room had a descent smoke smell and the curtains really smelled like smoke. Main Door handle was broken, kinda warm shower, heater was broken.

Staff was amazing, after a drama filled morning at another hotel the front desk was super sweet and got us all checked in extremely quickly

Staff was friendly

It was loud. The fire alarm went off at 4 am on Sunday. No follow-up by the staff. At checkout, the staff simply acknowledged but no action was taken. Very disappointing.

The breakfast was fabulous. The only things missing were oatmeal and cream cheese and bagels but were not needed. All items I had were delicious. (english muffin, eggs, bacon, sausage pattie, raisin bran cereal, milk, plain belgian waffle, maple syrup

I did not like that it was billed as a hotel. It is more like a motel since the main hallway is open to the elements. It was cold, raining, and windy when we arrived and we had to walk out in that to get to our room. The pool and jacuzzi were unavailable.

Yes, the staff was rude, the room had roaches, the bathtub was dirty, the sink water was backed up, the swimming pool and jacuzzi was drained.
