Easy access from I-5. Reasonable rates.

Would have preferred carpet instead of hard floors.

No Hot water, The floors were dirty, My husband took a shower, walked from the shower to the bed and his feet were black. I went to warm up some water in the microwave and it caught on fire, the phone doesn't work.

Bill in the front he is very understanding and respectful.

That the maid just open the door even if we don¿t respond. I work night get off at 7 in the morning I want to rest afterwards but I get woken up to my door being opened.

Not good for not deep cleaning and bugs in bed. We can smell sheets didn¿t laundry.

We arrived here motel got card for room. we were exhausted from LA. We went to sleep. Around 2am, my kids woke up crying told me that feel bite of bug on bed sheets . We looking found bug. And And kids show me that their feet ¿¿ is dirty from floor.

Room heater did not work. Had to put our sweaters on top of the blanket (thin) to keep warm. Toilet would not flush completely. They charge for Ice in the lobby. No coffee in the room or lobby. No apology at check out.

Location

Need to repair room bolt. Coordinate between cleaning staff and office before a room is assigned. Fix coffee machine and insure you have a back up

The bathroom was completely clean the towels look dirty I didn¿t even want to lay in the bed

There was nothing that impressed me.

Hotel was not even clean under beds and there was huge roaches ¿¿ pest infection.

TV didn't work Shower Leaked Seemed dingy and not too clean Phone didn't work so couldn't call office for TV service. Had to walk to office (twice)

It wasn¿t too far from the freeway and had parking relatively close to the room

At first we were given a room that smelled of cigarettes despite asking for a nonsmoking room. So we had to arrange for a different room. The lights above the bed didn¿t work at all. The hotel seemed to have some maintenance issues.

Good location. Quiet hotel employee was very helpful and friendly even the staff in am. No bugs

I cleaned toilet seat bottom had a brown ring around it . The bathtub hair around the drain .Used towel left behind. Turned on hot water in the tub for the sink. No extra blankets,sheets were old but clean. Cleaning lady w/ dog didn¿t knock before 10.

Fairly quiet, for the location. Major all direction travel spot. Staff were helpful when needed. Overall happy!

Checked in and immediately had to have sheets changed. But was taken care of in a quick and timely manner.

The refrigerator did not work told employee he said he would get another one, or swap it out and never did, the phone had no phone line,and I found garbage under the bed and it looked like it hadn't been swept in a long time.

Dirty bed, linens, floor. Sink leaking onto floor. Shower drain cover just laying on dirty floor pan.

AC , TV did not work No phone no internet Every thing was broken or non functional I left middle of night I could not sleep due to heat

That was total awful experience They should be remove from site Won¿t worth a penny

Floors were sticky, everything smelled weird including the shower curtain, my fresh towel had what seemed like wig hairs on it, the staff charged me more than was stated on the online bill by 20 dollars.

Parking was ample

Dried urine in shower, dirty towel and a bed I¿m pretty sure was remade after being used. Had the room been clean it would have been a decent stop

Old room, old stains on bedding. Very noisy from a nearby truck stop

Pretty crappy but one of only 2 hotels available. Days Inn is the other one and is a little better.

Absolutely nothing

Dirty floors, smelly visibly dirty, hair and dirty footprints in and on the tub, trash and beer bottles all around outside of room, I got bedbug bites all over and only laid on top of bed. After a few hours I left and I was double charged. Horrible 😡
