Walls esp bathroom need cleaning No side light at bed

It smelled like smoke, People up all night on the parking lot

NOTHING AT ALL......The photo at the top of this survey is a LIE.. It has laundry hanging over the balconies, Doors are NOT ON THE HINGES....some rooms do not have NUMBERS !!!!!..THE ESTABLISHMENT RENTS OUT SOME OF THE ROOMS AND NO!!! HOUSEKEEPING AT ALL.

EVERYTHING!!!!! ABOUT THIS HOTEL. AND IT AND IT IS NOT!!!!! CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT...THE SOME OF THE CLIENTS OBSERVED WERE DEFINITELY HOMELESS..............AND IN THE DRIVEWAY....

It was horrible no towels and they had roaches and it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had and I got bit by something on my leg had to go to the hospital and get treated cause the bit made my leg swell up and it was awfully painful to have that

The overall location was fine - close to LAX and Santa Monica. The room was quite large. Everything else, sucked.

I wish I had stayed anywhere else. Had to pay a $5 cash deposit for the key. The cost was negligible, but it was weird. Property had trash, including abandoned furniture in a back parking lot. People yelling at 3 am. The hotel is just gross.

Horrible neighborhood. Dirty room bad smell, rude staff., disgusting bathroom, they charged for ice. I would never stay here again.

If you want to risk your families life and get mugged by crackheads or worse kidnapped and trafficked com here! there was a woman hauling all night this place is not a LAX hotel and its false advertisement.

Pest control had just sprayed the room for roaches smell was bad we had to leave for a little while then we returned wanted to check out but this was the only location that was near where we was going

No positives . Ran out of room for dislikes so five dollar deposit for tv remote and card key. Remote was so dirty washing hands with soap and water and sanitizer didn¿t seem enough. Pillow made of concrete. Area was scary. Not that close to the airport

The room was dirty. It had an unpleasant odor that the three car freshener plug ins on the air conditioner unit didn¿t help. After taking my shower I walked across the carpet to get to my suitcase and my feet were filthy from the nasty carpet. Horrible

There rooms are humongous nice size. And plenty of room to park.

I hated the room I checked in and had to move my room to another room and they both had roaches the manager act as tho he don't understand or know what's going on with the roaches in the room I want my refund back it was so bad we slept in the car.

The price is not low, but the hotel is pretty frustrating. There was a bad smell from the air condition. The bathroom is also dirty. Nobody clean it at all. The staff is also not friendly, who seems not like to do anything for guests.

The price and cleanliness

Parts of the hot tub was rusted. The TV did not work and the overnight staff was rude and did not assist with fixing it.

For the amount I paid the room was outdated. The comforter was stained but that was no issue since our A/C in our room was BROKEN so we didn¿t need the sheets. The bathroom was covered in graffiti and changing the temperature to the shower alsoNOMICROWAVE

The staff was friendly.

The hotel was filthy. From floor to ceiling, it was in disgusting conditions. The carpet and bedding smelt like urine. I wish I never stayed there!

Check in is always a breeze and the staff is always great I really enjoyed them and I book here often because it¿s definitely worth it with the customer service being something that I am really a stickler about this hotel gives amazing customer service

Honestly there¿s nothing that I don¿t like it¿s in a great location customer service is great rooms are clean and roomy so I enjoy this hotel

Everything we didn't like from dirtiest room to the rude hotel employee. Horrible neighborhood. Booked non smoking room and placed in smoking room.
