the staff and location
The hotel is in a good location, staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bathroom had a rain shower which was a nice surprise too.
Great location - near the Academy Museum.  the Evening Bartender and Breakfast supervisor was very friendly and remembered my name.

Cons -

I thought the bed could have been more comfortable - made my back hurt.
Surprise hidden charges.
Unfortunately - A/C broken - and I didn't realize that until late at night. I noted it to the front desk in the am, after not the most restful sleep in and a pricey hotel. They smiled and noted my concern, and said repairs were being done later. :(
