Room was large

Parking was 60 bucks a night and have to park in a crowded garage. It was a pain.

Airport shuttle too many stops need dedicated driver 1-2 stops max not 4-5

$55 a day parking fee that was not told on the website or that the hotel had a rental car on site

The lobby was clean.

$55 parking, the pool looks way different online + the pool is outside adjacent to the street, lots of homeless and trash outside, the shower ledge in my room was broken & falling off the wall, the vent in the bathroom was rusty. The shower head was dirty

The breakfast was a little disappointing. Items not replaced when they ran out.

Shuttle was easy and timely.

Parking cost is excessive. We simply passed on hotel parking and used an alternative across the street for $30 less - per night.

The staff was professional and courteous at all times.

I wasn't reimbursement for leaving a day earlier than expected.

The room was very clean. Rinaldi's sandwich shop just outside the hotel was amazing and the food was delicious. Front desk employees were extremely kind and accommodating.

Wish the rooms had a mini fridge. Shower pressure wasn’t great.

Everything was so clean, fresh smelling and comfortable. The staff was exceptional; very kind and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel was very well priced and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the terrace on the 12th floor to plane spot as we are avid airplane enthusiasts.

The rooms are comfortable, the location is great, shuttles from the airport are convenient. Breakfast had good options.

I did not like the attention you have at the lobby at night and not because of the people but that did felt improvised rather that an Hilton check in service and there are a few flights at that time at LA. Also the bathroom without a card felt like we had to wait until check in just to just the lobby bathroom although we are guests from the moment we pay for the booking. The breakfast hours would be great until 10 am rather than 9 am. Thanks

Ok for a typical hotel

I started using Hilton Garden Hotel as I expected garden motif outside and inside the hotel. First used in Fort Lauderdale three years ago and there was a nice outside garden and decorations following the theme of "garden"This Fresno hotel was in a sterile suburban environment with no external or internal attempts to be "garden"I will stop using this hotel brand except for the convenience at Fort Lauderdale The name is not truthful as to beinga garden when it is a sterile modern environment. You lost your way on the brand! I chose by decor.

Gorgeous rooms fantastic view. Top tier luxury and style.

Staff up front took forever to check us in. They were not welcoming and treated us like second class citizens

It was close to the airport

The room was big. The bed was comfortable. The people at the front desk were really nice.

The elevator system was confusing. I would've liked a hot tub.
