Satellite Motel, Los Angeles - LAX

I did not like anything about this hotel.

I got bit by a bug, I slipped and fell in the tub, the bed smelled funny, there were stains on the mattress, the room smelled of cigarettes, the Wi-Fi was slow, and the toilet wouldn¿t flush.

Well, it had a bed, a working toilet and a bath tub.

Flat pillows, ROACHES in the bathroom, AC that barely works, a mini fridge that was set to off internally to save money, unhappy hosts who called us 20 minutes before we had to check out to remind us to check out than hung up quickly. All for $-- a night!

Rude staff. Bedroom floor filthy. Staines on bed frame. Killed a cockroach in the bathroom. No housekeeping. I could go on!

They definitely need better customer service so rude and yelling at me

There are many bus especially roaches

Nothing. First night management is chasing a woman with a golf club in the middle of the night.

Something bit me on my shoulder and my forehead. I tried to communicate with management, who got irate with me, screaming that he spent a lot of money cleaning the facility. And that he has no bed bugs. BED BUGS!!!! ☠️☠️

I didn’t receive breakfast. However a empty mini fridge and microwave was provided.

Liked that the room had dimming lights

The bed was bad, the blankets need to be replaced with new ones, the staff was super rude. Never had motel staff be soooo rude and mosey

nothing the manager is overly rude. I felt they were discriminating. no respect or kindness. no visitors but it was me and a friend and I booked for two

small and difficult parking lot. Bad area . Police out front and the staff was very rude and made me uncomfortable

The manager has a very bad attitude. He charged me once I got here ,refused to give an extra key and told my wife she needed to leave the motel at check out time

I liked that they are remodeling the rooms so it's seems a just a little nicer. The Television is a good size to just relax and watch something entertaining.It's next to a bar if you like the culture scene for some imported drinks.

I was not to font of the showers because the tub you stand in is not comfortable.It can be a bit loud in the area but not to bad for me.

It is nice clean and quiet

front desk staff wasn’t with smily face or welcoming because we checked in late about 1am due to flight delayed from Manchester. No complementary water, no tissues, bath tub was cracked but cleaned

Free, quite fast WiFi, 10 minutes walk from train station, the lowest price we found in LA in August. Hot water in the shower. Microwave and fridge. Air-conditioning.

Ant issue in bathroom. Dirty towels, we used our own ones. Old, dirty bath. Nice tv but a very bad remote control that barely worked. Scary neighbourhood, we preferred to be back to the motel before the sunset (although where is it safe in LA?).
