Highland Park Motel

The area was not bad. There's restaurants and other things to do.

An old motel. I didn't really have any problems with the staff but the quality of the room was not good. my tv was crooked. The bed was right next to the front door so you couldn't open the front door all the way. Also not very clean.

Air conditioner not working water floor on bathrooms.

So dirty, so sketchy, left within an hour. Wish I could get my money back

The location of the hotel is the only redeeming quality. Inside it's disgusting.

The room was dirty. Cigarette burns on the comforter. Dingy gross walls need to be repainted. I asked to switch rooms and was denied. All the other rooms there appear to be long-term guests with their own plants and furniture decorating their patios.

EVERYTHING it was dirty the towels were old looking I only got 2 towels not even 1 for the floor or wash clothes there was roaches in the bathroom I had to go buy roach motel bug repellent and there was a water leak by the front door

A lot: Rock hard bed; graffiti all over; stench of cigarettes; hole in wall; broken table; ripped chair; mold in shower. I would have cancelled my reservation when I saw the room, but it was non-refundable and I didn¿t have extra $s to find a new place

I contracted a stomach flu from extremely unsanitary conditions and spent time in the ER. Soaps, shampoo, and a waste basket was NOT provided. There was NO hot water and the water pressure was minimal.

Yes they stereotype the people that rent and we got a partied in room that was extremely dirty tagged on and smelled. Theamagemeny refused to switch rooms even though I rent for days at a time frequently he yelled ate because I was checked in for 10 mins

It is close to the area of L.A. that I like to visit. The hotel's location is also quiet and seems to be a relatively safe area.

The first night, they forgot to put some cups in the room.

EVERYTHING. Man at front desk is so horribly,disgustingly rude. I drove about 3 hours to this dump just to deal with his rudeness. This motel said pet friendly, I went to the motel and he said NO PETS?????! He was very rude since the beginning.

Nothing. It was a horrible experience.

It was all bad. The room was dirty and it had empty beer cans under the bed and alot of graffiti inside the room and bad odor.

They had no cups, hangers, hooks- no where to put clothes. No way to drink water other than putting your head under the faucet. So stingy with soap,, towels, pillows.

My father was visiting from NY. I booked a room for him here. Reserved! We show up and they put him in a smoking room. We didn't stay more than 20 mins. The 1st roach we saw, we chose to ignore. The 2nd cockroach goes by and we left immediately. No refund

It was spacious for a very reasonable price and the room was clean

it smelled heavy of mans cologne bed cover had cigarette holes in multiple places for a NON SMOKING ROOM. saw a bab cockroach and knew there were more. there were about 3 dozen morr when light wss turned on and they scatteed.

It was the worst looking room I have ever seen. Disgusting, trashy and poor version of a decent place to stay!
