The Moment Hotel

The experience was very dissapointing. No ice machine, the rooftop bar was closed and inoperable and was not disclosed at the time of reservation. The staff was very rude and unacommidating when we tried speaking to them about issues.

Rude staff, no rooftop bar that is the main attraction for the hotel, no ice machine. The bathroom and shower area has no privacy as the doors are completley see through

No microwave in the room, 1 amenity and it was closed so we paid way too much money just for a place to rest our heads. Also the parking situation could have been better given how much we had to pay and the additional charges for staying after checkout.

Parking lot was full because spaces are poorly designed and not monitored which blocked 3 spaces. Check in took almost 30 minutes. A lot of damage to walls and furniture in room. Room was smoked in and smelled. Balcony was dirty.

The bathroom lit the whole room. The little sink was in the room and I would disturb my daughter to clean up

The moment hotel went the extra steps to help me celebrate my birthday. They decorated my room and roses, champagne and chocolate and a birthday cake. Although I did pay for some of the package, they did go all out.

Zero things. Well. I liked the Sunset Grill across the street...

THEY TOWED MY CAR. I ASKED THEM TO ADD IT TO MY ROOM AND THEN I HAD TO PAY $400 TO GET IT BACK. ALSO, THEY VEHEMENTLY REFUSED TO ALLOW FOR EARLY CHECK-IN. EVEN WHEN IT WAS TEN MINUTES EARLY. THEY WERE AS UNACCOMMODATING AS THEY COULD POSSIBLY BE.

overall my experince was great. i liked the easy access to everything. the area from the outside and the inside is attractive and very clean.

what i really didnt like about the hotel is the bed it was little bit dirty, smell of paint was annoying. also i requested maintancnce for the bathroom glass door and they never fixed it and the automatic blinds were jamming and bearly work.

Cool retro design. Requested towels 1 day, never got them had to request next morning. Found bug in the bed the last day there. Put it in the toilet so they could see it. They werent too concerned and failed to offer anything for it.

I gave them 4 days to respond to my Survey of them and they offered no apologies or enumeration of any kind. They advertised a bar and restaurant, both were closed till further notice per the desk clerk.

Great location walking distance to restaurants and shops. Electric blackout drapes made it easy to sleep in after a late night concert.

Lovely big room, very clean

Location was a bit further from Hollywood Blvd centre than expected, was a 20 minute walk. could hear lots of noise from other rooms and overhead hallway. Had to wear earplugs to sleep. Walls and ceiling seem very thin.

The surrounding area was dumpy, our view was a brick wall and broken down car. There were no towels. The room didn't have any table lamps, so if I wanted a reader lamp I had to turn on the overhead bright light. Very cold vs cozy atmosphere.

It is a remodeled cheap motel made to look trendy.Nicely All night you hear traffic noise.Room has no carpet so it is very cold.There is limited food available.There is parking in the hotel in front of the rooms,they charge $20.per night to park.
