Customer service was horrible. The room smelled like mildew. I booked the room months in advance and when I got there ai was told my room wasn¿t available.
The cleanliness, amenities and the comforts of home. i.e. fridge, microwave, dishes etc. Modern design. The young man who checked us in had excellent customer service skills.
The surrounding area is filled with homeless, and unsavory characters, but it's not hotel's fault

Room itself wasn't very clean hair hanging from kitchen chandelier.Pull out couch was awful. Rental vehicle was backed into another car by valet they didn't tell us good thing we noticed before leaving.I wouldn't stay here again if my life depended on it!

Yes they said i could keep the same room from friday the studio suite with the kitchen for me and my family we stayed another night on saturday and they changed us in a room with no microwave no kitchen i have a 9 month baby
Hotel was nice and staff we encountered were also nice. Rooms are big and have kitchen.
Couldnâ≢t use the pool due to COVID. Didnâ≢t realize parking was extra and that for five nights costs a extra $250.
The decorations in the room very nice and neat. The staff was nice. No problems at all. Very comfortable I like the mixer of people not a boogie hotel :)

$43/day parking fee. Probably is standard for LA Live. Found a prescription antibiotic in desk chair and kitchen towels didn't seem clean or were replaced until we called housekeeping.
Breakfast lounge was excellent. We were able to check in very early by taking handicapped room. Wifi was good. Room layout was nice and residential aspect was nice. Didn't have to prepay.
Microwave didn't work and they didn't have a replacement. Coffee wasn't replenished.
Kitchenette, confortable bed and walking distance to Staples Center.
Parking was expensive
