Staff, internet, old, run down, terrible condition, no clock, phone did not work, smoke detector on floor-not connected!, no breakfast, false advertising-no hot tub. No ice. Way overrated and overpriced!! Place needs to be inspected.

Absolutely nothing. Cleanliness was borderline passable. The 2 Star rating, and I'm sure it was advertised to me before my purchasing the night stay at a 2 1/2 Star rating, is a bold face lie. There has been remodeling going on there presently,

The ceiling above tub is gone, floor joist, plumbing, electric wires exposed. If it were rated Zero Stars I wudn't be complaining, but it still was not in ready to rent status, BUT to claim a 2 1/2 Star rating was lying & I wanted to demand my money back.

Room dirty, bed hard and had bed bugs. The owner was rude. We stayed for 1 night and cancelled the next day. It was blood stains on the mattress and bed. Underwear left in bathroom.

Bed bugs, dirty walls, unclean bedding and air conditioning vent working poorly, just so disgusting I laid on top of the bedding on the towelsame and was bitten by fleas or bed bugs. ..dirty dirty dirty my God disgusting

Nice looking on the outside, decent location brightly lit. ..dirty inside disgusting

Dirty!! Noisy!! I was staying in 1st floor and could hear people talking, driving, chatting, partying or whatver they did in the parking lot and rooms. I couldn't sleep at all that night I stayed there. Also the rooms were so dirty.. sheets had stains.

location, room and staff

Room extremelly dirty. Sheets had cigarette holes in it and I can't tell if the sheets were changed between guests. Bathroom had someone elses hair, dust and hair on the toilet. For $---- I didn't expect a luxurious room, but cleanliness is a must, for sure

Will budget motel is what is name is a budget the people that live there all foreigners is a family ran hotel the grandfather is very rude and dramatic he talk everybody like they going to steal from him I can safely say all races I would not recommend.

I do not like the big Roach that was on the wall smash cast the AC kept going in and out in the grandfather kept looking in people's windows and watching who drives up in the car

The bed was comfy and the shower was nice size and the tv had alot of channels .

The hotel is located in the hood. The owners are not too friendly. The room was filthy. And its more expensive on here then if you just go and get a room. The room smelt like raid .

It was cheap

You had to check out by 11 and couldn't get back into your room till three

There is no customer reception desk and customer service is poor and not good English speaker to answer question

Very rude at Check In and The Desk Worker was very anal about parking precision. Very irratating and had no computer access. It took 30 minutes to check in

Found 4 roaches-tv ramote didn't work cheep soap and the air conditioning didn't work-and couldn't use the wifi for hours.

Not clean. Security issues. Unsavory neighborhood. False advertisement.smelled bad

The fact that I feared for my safety, I slept fully dressed for the fear of being bit by something.
