Room was nice and clean. $5 cash deposit for key but got it back once I checked out.

The person behind the counter could not speak or understand English very well and it was a pitiful stay Nothing to be liked about the place

Street noise, it's impossible to sleep early at night and since 5 am

Staff was lazy. It had loyd guests in rooms kept me up all night. Smelled like mold. This is a sorry hotel

The other man was extremely rude and started yelling at me with no premise.

The location was awesome. My room was very clean.

Only one of the front desk workers was friendly. They did not return the $5 key deposit I gave in cash. Plus, the room had no remote control for the television. One has to check out the remote control.

The price and location.

Needs to have ventilation in hallways. Smelled. As well as the room itself, smell. A remote control to TV would be nice too. its very basic and cheap, they're trying to conserve I understand. I would say just work on the odor in hallways and room.

It had early check-in

Burn holes in the sheets,no screens on the windows, mildew in the shower.

The location is relatively close to much nicer locations.

Ants in our room. The person in front of us while checking in was also having his room changed because "there were bugs"; didn't say what kind. There was someone's old underwear clearly visible behind a piece of furniture in the room. Noisy.

The place had poor coustomer service they forced there way in put my stuff out my transportation was stolen i sat outside for hours waiting for a ride an they harassed me about leaving

There wasn't much parking. Room was too small. Bathroom had mildew. Would not book that place again

Cheapest room ever purchased and most spacious too. Also price, location, availability, and free parking.

The towels and bed need to be upgraded. Also need more outlets. Also need ice machine.

Great for the price. Very friendly staff. Good location for my purpose in Santa Monica, surrounded by major freeways.

Good customer service, very pleasant staff. The room was very clean, including a nice bathroom that looked recently remodeled. If all you need is a place to rest/sleep on your travels, this motel is perfect.

WiFi was free but quite spotty sometimes. The lights do not adequately illuminate the entire room; couldn't work at the small table after dark since the only movable light source was a bedside lamp, and there were no outlets near the table anyway.
