Clean quiet room with a view

The parking is awful there is a 55 dollar parking fee that nobody told me about or even warned there would be another charge. That's ove a third of the cost of the room added on with no options given. That's a scam or at least strong arming people

Hotel staff was horrible. Hotel rooms not taken care of, valet horrible.

Location. Its withing a few hundred feet of LA live. You cant beat that.

The pool looked like it needed some maintenance and it was def not heated at the time felt alittle cold. Also, i know this isnt the hotels fault but the hotel workers were picketing right across the street at jw Marriott and were banging drums at 5am.

Location was great.

First room provided smelled like a gallon of cologne had been spilled. Was provided another room that was fine. Next morning when we went to check out we were told there was an additional $50 valet fee of which we had not been informed.

Very close to staple Center, restaurants, freeways

Only thing i did not like was the small valet area. Parking your car waiting for valet with no much room. At times waiting on the main street to pull up to valet

Towels and bedding were requested in the Marriott app and it said it was fulfilled but there was no extra towels or bedding for the sofa bed when we arrived at the room. I had to ask them twice before I received anything.

The staff Alex was very unprofessional and delphino tried to start a fist fight and he was verbally abusive

Great room and modern looking hotel

Sliding bathroom doors and overwhelming traffic when there’s an event at staples center

It was immaculate.

No glasses in the bathroom. So it was difficult to take pills or even rinse out your mouth. Also lacked toothpaste and a shower cap. Also this is not a good location for tourists. t's a $30 cab ride from Union Station and it is not near Museums or res

The staff is exceptional, very friendly and helpful.

I just wish that there were microwaves in the rooms. Also, there was no tea only complimentary coffee which neither me or my fiancé drinks. The channels offered are terrible and the netflix connection was very weak so the movie buffered every 2 mminutes

Nice pool. Rooms were spacious. Plenty of amenities.

No closet. Bathroom barn door blocked wet bar when open. NO FREE BREAKFAST BUFFET. I asked 2 diff staff why there was no breakfast buffet, they insisted Courtyard NEVER offered a complimentary breakfast buffet. Sad they don't know their Company's history.

It was walking distance from the Staples center and a few mile away from Dodgers stadium.

The parking is valet only. It's not easy parking your car when checking in as the area is very small and only fits about four cars. I'd recommend taking an Uber if you plan to leave the hotel.

The convenience of the location was great for the event I attendees at LaLive.

My interactions with the front desk staff could have been better. We stood there waiting for someone to help us while 2 employees talked about there plans for the weekend. One guy even walked away when we walked up to the counter to purchase refreshments.

The NOISE!!!!!! So loud outside. No coffee cups for machine and also plugs didnt work by coffee machine. Parking very expensive!

The rooms were nice and clean, no noise from the other rooms. service was amazing. Security and hotel transportation was amazing. Best memories will always stay of the first impression that I received when visiting Los Angeles. I give it a five star
