Oxford Palace Hotel

The location was good. The hotel was pretty, old-school charm.

The water went out at 11PM with no warning. Then there was loud construction after that. The beds were very hard.

The room was clean, and as advertised mostly.

Both elevators were out of service, which to me is beyond unacceptable. Lugging suitcases up and down stairs multiple floors multiple times should never be a thing, certainly not for a hotel that's advertised as 3.5 stars.

Large room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Free underground self-parking. An excellent value!

It is a little tired around the edges (furniture a bit worn, bathroom a little dark) but the bed and service was great.

Location was safe and lots of places to eat and the added extra of free parking. Pleasant staff. Fairly priced.

Low level of security. They did not ask for our license plate number for the parking garage and no elevator security...anyone can enter leave. Even with that we felt fairly safe.

Entire staff was great, very accommodating. Rooms were a little tired but very clean and comfortable. Hotel was very quiet at night and the free parking was excellent.

Location is good. Price is reasonable. Clean rooms courteous staff.

I expected same large room with 2 beds as last year my stay. That was a reason why I booked this hotel again. However, this time the room was just as normal as other hotels.

I like the location of the hotel. It was close to a lot of places I wanted to go.

The hotel needs remodeling. The wallpaper in the room was peeling. The carpet was stained.

There was no hot water for 2 days of our stay. The Wi-Fi was so slow it was almost unusable. The front desk has very limited hours and nobody answered the phone. There was no hotel information in the room. We had no idea when the restaurant opened.

The hotel is very pretty and charming and the surrounding neighborhood is nice.

Getting to the parking lot was tough. Signs visible from the street would help.

The hotel was dated. The walls and floors were thin, I could hear everyone yelling and talking outside of the room as well as the people stopping their feet above my room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The service is what made it a great hotel and a great experience.

I did not like that in addition to paying for hotel you had to pay for parking per night. Also the smell of perfume was very strong which caused several of us to get headaches.

Very clean and the staff is very friendly. Great restaurant for breakfast on the second floor.

Yes tons! Front desk tried to charge me extra $5.00 thinking I wouldn't know how much i reserved my room for. Then asking me to just sign with no price written out or receipt. Rooms were detroyed tv didn't work. horrible....
