Staff were nice. Rooms were clean.

The shower curtain didn’t close. Installed upside down maybe?

The room is too small, and the bed is too close to the wall and when you wake up you definitely hit the AC or the wall, the closet is terrible, the iron locked with iron board. You need to update the room card twice a day

The hotel staff was friendly and professional. The hotel location was relatively close to activities we planned in Burbank and Hollywood. The hotel rooms and common areas were clean.

We had two rooms. One room faced Sunset Blvd. and the street traffic was really loud while trying to sleep and made us toss and turn a lot. The room that did not face Sunset Blvd. was much quieter and easier to get good sleep. Breakfast area was small

Horrible hotel. Rude Frontb Desk! They deactivate your room key everyday resulting in you having to park on side streets and then having to walk back to lobby to get your key activated no matter the length of your stay! Locked out of room due to clerk¿

Location in silverlake - not many hotels in the area

Wi-Fi in the room was terrible. Worked in the lobby but didn¿t work in the room, which is a non-negotiable for me as much of my travel is work related. One of the maids entered my room while I was inside despite having a do not disturb sign on the doo

The cleanliness of the room was not the best, but not the worst either. Strange location - very close to residential homes and the entrance at the hotel was pretty confusing with all the small businesses so close by

Had gatted secure parking.

Hotel was further away from universal studios than the website advised. Carpet was old and shredding. Bed was super hard and the floor had many uneven spots. Hotel was in a sketchy area would not stay again. Was the cheapest option of the three of course.

Clean, well-kept hotel not far from Hollywood and L.A. attractions. Secure underground parking for guests. Nice continental breakfast. Restaurants on-site, as well as within walking distance.

Parking at check-in time was a bit tricky initially, since the parking lot in front was full, but I eventually found a space and then proceeded to the secure (gated) underground parking after checking in and getting my room key (which opens said gate).

Some wear in the room, but otherwise fine.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner very cold. The breakfast was very good.Checkout was a breeze.

No swimming pool. Construction going on to redo the front parking lot.

hotel employee extremely rude kicked me out next morning threatened to call police and charge late checkout fees even thought I had extended the reservation. Just overall poor attitude and bad customer service.
