It looked like the room was recently renovated and the bathroom was done as well the room and bathroom were clean.

The room was nice and big! Liked the hardwood floors and the pool!! The breakfast was also delicious and had a good variety!!

This hotel was in the scariest neighborhood we have ever been in!! 3 out of the 4 nights we were awaken by gunshots and police!! The homeless population directly around the entire hotel was so sad! SO many homeless living in tents in the gutters!!

There was a rat in my room it woke me from my sleep. I also found a old rotten plate of food in one of the drawer the worst experience ever.

I picked this hotel because in was in close to the activities and destinations I had planned for.

I didn't like being charged a $5 parking fee. The breakfast offered was not much of anything but fruit.

The lighting fixtures. They looked like something out of a steampunk movie!

The hot water, when turned on by the bathroom sink's faucet, was that pale white colour like when chlorine or such is added to the water but it never went away. Also, the first night, there was the smell of perfume from whoever slept in the bed last.

Breakfast

Sheet was stained when we checked in. We were given clean sheets but they were washed so much that they were thread thin in some spots. Room is clean but hallway carpet is stained and dirty.

Easy entry no one in your business staff was pretty cool.

First off I was racially profiled by the going receptionist. She also gave me the room with one bed and no microwave. Plus a $150 deposit. The halls had a disgustingly dirty carpet.

It gets really loud in the morning. There were people talking loudly in the hallways. I think they were housekeepers. Just made it impossible to sleep in.

This place need a a complete remodel. Broken lampshades, lights that didn’t work, peeling wallpaper, dirty carpet, long black hair on bathroom floor, bottom of tub worn through and the list goes on. Yuck!!! I would not stay here again.

Hallway carpets were dirty and each night the room next were liud until 2 am.

I dint like anything about the hotel. It was not well maintained. Our bathroom had cockroaches in it. We reported but still the management dint react.

Worst maubtainance. Management is not at all responsible

The wifi didn’t work in my room. They also charge for parking, which I didn’t know when booking.

The front desk clerk, was very helpful and allowed for us to check in early. Also, $5 parking is pretty hard to beat in LA

Not the cleanest room ever, but expected at the price. Also, located in a shadier part of LA

Interesting layout - hardwood floors and "green" interior. Location is great. 10 min from Convention Center.
