Staff were friendly

My room was 104 first floor and there?s a microwave in hallway. You can hear people slamming the microwave door all night. told the hotel about it.

That it was close by Hollywood.

It had no refrigerator, no microwave inside, barely any space, and had no parking. The parking was such a huge issue.

The location, interior of the rooms and hotel. Plus the staff was excellent!

The location

We paid for a room that we did not stay in. The 2 men at reception made us feel very uncomfortable during check-in, then when we got to the room, it was not even close to clean. We stayed 5 minutes, left, and stayed elsewhere. I cannot recommend it.

Location is solid, but that¿s the only positive

Front desk guy is very unhelpful. No parking on property, lot next door charged me $56 for 18 hours.. so keep that in mind when seeing the attractive price for hotel. Room was ¿fine¿. But this a crash hotel only, you¿re not going to enjoy staying he

It's a no nonsense affordable hotel in the heart of Hollywood. Perfect for an economy work trip.

Randomly one night, all of the rooms were unlocked including mine, I think it had to do with a fire alarm. Also parking was very expensive.

I don¿t t know if there was anything I liked about this hotel at all.

This has got to be the dirtiest hotel we¿ve stayed at. The bed had tons of hair, the curtain that was used as a door to separate bathroom and room was full of stains, the hotel does not have it¿s own parking, to top it all off the towels were stained.

It was so close to my venue

Cleanliness and very thin walls not having the sense of privacy

It was convenient to a party I was attending.

No in room coffee or tea maker, not so much as a cup for water.

we didn’t even stay the first night we left within hours and took the loss on our money and book some place different.

The location how close it was to Hollywood.

Parking had to be on the street and paid meter until 10pm when it turns off.

It was a simple room with a low price for the area compared to the competition.

The staff was extremely rude. There was a mix-up with the room and the owner/manager was not interested in helping resolve it at all. The free parking was also $105 only payable in cash to the owner.

Hey the hotel told us that you would refund us because they wouldnt let the service dog into the room and I have a document proving it. The bank never reversed the transaction yet so if there is not reversal in 48 hours I am calling wells fargo.

Everything the front desk worker was rude

Small and cozy hotel which made me feel at home.

No frew hotel parking was available.

Location, vibe, cleanliness

Their computer system could not scan my ID upon arrival, stating that my ID must be fake... HAH! Not everybody's a criminal!!! So I had to travel an hour each way to get my passport which was a major drag due to us being sleepy.. wifey was not happy!!

Location was as stated & great. Room was as expected, small & compact but needs a refurb + bed past its best so needs replacing.

Site listed free parking & Wifi.This is not included.Unhelpful staff but not rude. Hotel also next to a night club, this was not mentioned. Room was adjacent to this & the music was very loud & disturbing + bed. Bad night sleep.

Proximity to Hollywood attractions

Staff was rude and not helpful. The room was very small, loud air conditioner, food from previous guest still in fridge.

Clean, chic and located in the heart of Hollywood just off Hollywood Blvd.

The parking is not free as advertised. It's available across the street for about $15.

Location to the Fonda Theatre

The problem is that the hotel is located next to a building that is under construction. At 745am the construction on that building started. We could not sleep in whatsoever because of the noise. That would have been nice to know before booking...

The unique decor, quirky but quant. Good for a short stay.

Did not like them photo copying my credit card and i.d. Then arguing with me to give the copy to me. Went home and cancelled card. Would recommend to the right type of people, except for that part. That kinda ruined it, tho...
