The location was outstanding! Very beautiful with lots of greenery.

No ice or coffee machine on floor, needed to go to lobby to get ice and coffee.

Wow Concrete floors! All through the room. They charge for tea! loud in the mornings starting from 6-9 each morning. Can hear people walking above you.(carpet/flooring would absorb the noise) Pipes are loud when showers are being used.

Love the bath products also extremely clean! Cute grounds! Hotel is kept up.

Customer service is lacking. Also mini bar not stocked. Only had drinks and expired popcorn. Also only 2 bath towels in room with no towels by pool...

Lovely, friendly, helpful staff, very professional. Cozy. Excellent location. Across from the Grove. Close to Hollywood. Very clean. They have Covid protocols in place and follow them closely. Looking forward to the next time.

There should be a light over the table in the eating area. There should be dimmer switches on the reading lights over the beds.

The location was very good, the uniqueness of the room.

Be warned if you take or use anything you will be charged for it ( body wash, shampoo mini bottles etc). location is good but area must be sketchy as hotel is literally on lockdown like a fortress. Overall property is nice

I really enjoyed the closed in parking because I have a Jeep .plus the view from room was great and very entertaining because of the outdoor atmosphere and aerobics class .this place will be my first choice every time I come back home to visit..

Great location. Friendly greeting. Nice yet atypical common spaces. Mine was a Robin room - lots of space, comfortable clean bed. Surprisingly quiet durin. Excellent Habenero Margarita! I like the restaurant but did not enjoy the swarm of flies - gross!

The flies in the restaurant. Can't relax when dinner comes - too busy swatting flies with my napkin. Gawd!

Location was amazing, hotel itself is very cool. The room was large and had plenty of space to work, eat and sleep.

Concrete, unfinished floor with paint circles, a dirty spotted rug which made me afraid to walk barefoot without slippers or shoes. Very uncomfortable. It was the most disappointing hotel experience I can ever remember having in the pricepoint. Awful!

The room was so much nicer than most other 3 star hotels. Instead of a lame dresser, desk, it had a built-in wrap around bench/sofa type thing. And the room was just dripping with style. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

No everything was great: the location, the price, the concierge, the attached restaurant, etc.

The decor was modern and kitschy. The restaurant and bar were great. Location was convenient.

This is nowhere close to 3.5 stars. They took an old run down motel, stripped the floor and walls and painted over. The shower was like a motel shower. The bed was horrible. Climate control was cheap and hard to manage. TV was small and too quiet. Awful.

I loved the design and the way it was decorated. Loved the outdoor restaurant and indoor bar...

Flannel bed coverings - I did not like. Morning clerk on Saturday was rude.

The location is beautiful it's across from the Grove and farmers market. The rooms are nice and include barn doors. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the restaurant the tart has great food and not expensive. I would definitely recommend.

Nice daytime staff

Very poor soundproofing. Thin wood floors and thinner walls. Sleep impossible with a snorer in next room - sounded as though he was in your bed!

Unique aesthetic, friendly and professional staff, great restaurant, central location to all sites.

Trouble with wi-fi. Staff was extremely progressional in dealing with this issue.

The location was perfect. It used to be a motel that young actors stayed at hoping for their big break, now its a done up hotel quite sweet. Across the street from the grove and the farmers market. Could not ask for more!

Expensive valet parking, cant park for free?

The location could not have been better. the Grove was across the street making it perfect walking destination.

The hotel did charge its guests $24 to use the garage. My guests paid $6.00/hr to park in the garage which was good for the area we were in.

The room could have been a bit cleaner (dead bugs in the light fixtures and persistent fruit flies)

My mother, daughter and I celebrated my Mom's 80th birthday at the Farmer's Daughter and the Price Is Right. Everyone at the Farmer's Daughter and Tart (the restaurant) were absolutely wonderful. They celebrated with us every time we walked through!

We loved the entire experience! Absolutely no complaints!!!!!
