Yes. The room was next to the elevators we couldn't sleep at night . We where told our room was not available at check in.. that they where sold out and we had to pay a extra 556.97 to get a room for my family on new years eve ..

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, lobby and courtyard is beautifully decorated. There was a luggage rack but only for 1. It would have been nice to have 2 luggage rack which there was space in the bedroom for 2 of them.

I felt the living room space needed either a small coffee table or cushion stool in front of sofa. Be aware one side of hotel have multi-level where hotel rooms are so only use of stairs to access to room. Will need to carry suitcase.

I liked that it was more of a boutique hotel. The grounds were nicely decorated. It was close to UCLA, where I needed to be. The customer service was excellent. The room was roomy.

I did not like that the restaurant closed early. I felt the room decor was a little dated and could have been a little more colorful. It was very plain, with no wow factor. Some plants (fake or real) would have been a nice touch. Parking cost was pricey.

Location is super convenient. The hotel is very clean and well appointed. I had everything I needed. The staff was lovely and accommodating.

They charge for parking.

Customer service was excellent from check in to check out. The rooms was nice, clean and comfy.

Highly to recommendation to Beverly Hill Plaza Hotel. Im in love with everything in this hotel impressive with the building in good neat and especially interior designs. Happy with the service and staff are so friendly. and location is great.

Not much

There were ants all over our room (have video proof). There was no elevator to go to our suite and multipe stairs. The rooms had a weird smell to it

Customer service was exceptional. Kenneth is a rock star and was terrific when we needed to change rooms. Our rooms were huge and well-equipped. Noise was not a factor for us in our room facing the street, but we are used to city noise.

It is pricey, but seems in line or cheaper compared to others in the area.

Hotel is located in right in the middle of Beverly Hills. Its literally 10 minutes away from Santa Monica, Rodeo Drive and UCLA. Suites are spacious and include a small fridge and range which is perfect for families with dietary needs.

Too many stairs and feels like a maze to get to your room, which sucks if your carrying a lot of baggage. Plus the 45 dollar night parking fee.

Very nice, quiet and gracious staff. We were impressed and felt like we were ¿home¿.

Way too much Febreeze in the room (108). We had all the windows open 24/7. I did have an allergic reaction, unfortunately. The odor was very very heavy and seemed unnecessary. Other than that it was absolutely excellent.

Excellent location! The hotel lobby, entranceway and pool areas were amazing with beautiful paintings, ornate decorations, and beautiful flowers. The hotel room was of slightly older design and room was slightly smaller than modern hotels.

Our room was beautiful. The staff was always so kind and accommodating. And the restaurant had great food And was convenient.

Perfect location

Was supposed to be there a week; had to check out 7 days early. Changed rooms but all stunk. Poor lighting. Hotel had turned AC off for the season, so false advertising; room was 80 deg. Have yet to receive reduced rate given all the problems

The location was impeccable.

For the price there should have been more attn to detail. I submitted comments to the front desk.Bathroom exhaust fan was loud, kitchen cabinets needed touching up, refrig had dings in it. It would have been nice to have had a couple glasses for water.

Front desk was a pleasant experience. The room is amazing and clean. Water pressure is great as well. Parking is a bit tight but awesome! Hotel is in an awesome area, too.

The rooms are nothing like the photos. They are very dirty, uncomfortable and have an awful smell to them. We also found bugs all over the room. Will never stay here again.

This was by far, one of the best hotels I¿ve ever stayed in. The people who work there are so friendly and accommodating! The lobby, grounds, and pool area are incredibly beautiful, and the room was very comfortable! We absolutely enjoyed our stay!

Very unique hotel. Beautiful grounds with open atrium and coy pond. We were very happy.

It's a bit bigger than most boutique hotels but still has plenty of charm. Great pool, love the restaurant (both food and atmosphere), there is a lovely waterfall with a koi pond. Staff is super friendly. You can walk to Beverly Hills.
