- There was pee or something on the wall in the bathroom, there was only lukewarm or ice cold water in the shower and it didn?t turn all the way off, no fridge or iron, key stopped working, and the man that was the night staff was beyond RUDE
- I did not like that in the room I stayed in, there were repairs in progress. Someone had recently patched holes in the ceiling of the main room and bathroom but did not finish yet. It looked like the patch was still drying.

Cozy bed , good water pressure
Ac unit leaked water all over my stuff and they didn¿t even offer a discount after I proved it with photos.
I liked absolutely nothing about this hotel. Our car was getting broken into while we were trying to register. Looked at room and was so discusted with filth, cockroaches and stains on bed spread that we did not stay. We never even finished registering.
They refused to refund my money because we didn't stay because the room was a health hazard and dangerous environment
A fantastic hotel in an inviting neighborhood & within walking distance of stores, shops, restaurants, metro, etc. Staff is professional and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-decorated. Perfect for single or couple travelers. Book it!
Location,affordability, cleanliness, good value for what I paid
There was not a lot of privacy in the way their lounge area was laid out, I was hoping to remotely work and take a conference call but could not do so.
The location was fantastic and the staff were all so friendly.
We saw a roach the size of a rat in our bathroom...
