Magic Castle Hotel

Location is perfect everything walking distance to the famous cool museums of Hollywood Blvd.If you look for a great price and big spacious stay, this is the place accommodations of living room and a kitchen is nice. practically like an apartment VS hotel

yes there is quiet a humidity smell in the hotel room and funny smell on the outside hallway. also the hotel needs little interior improvement as well the bathroom

Incredible staff and overall incredible stay! Friendly beyond belief, clean, and who gives free stuff these days (snacks, ice cream, soda...)?! Blown away by the first class experience.

Customer service was stellar.

Room could use a deep cleaning and new paint but it wasn't gross.

This place is AMAZING! Especially for families with kids. Free snacks, breakfast, laundry, popsicle hotline, coffee machine (espresso drinks!), soft serve machine. They even have a magician that comes a few times a week. This was the coolest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Kevin, the front desk manager, was the absolute best! So kind and accommodating!

The staff were absolute superstars. The complementary Breakfast, Drinks, Snacks, ice cream,roaming magician and free laundry services were phenomenal. Watching the excitement of the kids in the 24hr heated pool order popsicles on the phone was so fun to watch. The location was excellent and we were lucky enough to dine at the magic castle and experience the incredible talent, shows and food. This property itself isn’t the fanciest hotel I’ve stayed in but the bed was super comfortable ( I like it super soft ) and the facilities and staff definitely made it the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Although It didn’t bother us, the property doesn’t have an elevator so if you struggle with stairs it might be an idea to ask for a room on the bottom floor.

The complimentary services, especially the ones for the kids and the staff, especially Kevin were exceptional

The one and only negative i could put was no elevator but because everything else was so great it just didn't matter!!! So we essentially have no negatives at all

From the moment we arrived and were given champagne, it was a magical stay in a wonderful place with staff that were extremely attentive and wonderful. The kids loved the snacks and the popsicle phone.

This hotel was incredible. Some of the best customer service we have EVER experienced. Some of the top reasons; We were greeted with champagne and sparkling cider depending on age upon arrivalThey have a complimentary laundry service and your laundry comes back in a cute little paper package with dried lavender on topThe popsicle hotline was our kiddos favorite along with the frozen yogurt Cartoons and movie night was a blastKevin and Breanna at the front desk were incredible hosts who ensured every need was met!!!! Thank you Kevin and Breanna for going out of your way to ensure our family had anything we might need!!!!

We loved the retro style of the hotel but some might not.

Location is wonderful especially if you will be going to the Magic Castle for the showsThe staff were all 10+ in their service and personalities.

There are a lot of stairs. If this is an issue make sure to mention it when booking.

The staff was amazing and rewarded us to a 5 star experience. I have not had this service at 3x the price. The extras (mini bar etc) were very reasonably priced.

Left after one night..room was terrible with door access being broken or kicked in..rooms need a major upgrade. Bed was uneven, to the point you felt like you were falling off it..lamp faulty, broken chair, mould on the roof of bathroom..so very disappointed as this was our second stay. They really need to do a major upgrade. Moved to a second room which was crying out for a deep clean and renovation. Breakfast was disappointing compared to 6 years ago.

The property was just amazing for families. The kids thought it was the best, the staff especially Kevin were awesome and let’s say the laundry service was the icing on the cake for this travelling mum

Everything was fine, the room was a little out dated and the was limited lighting in the room, it was no problem though.

There are stairs so if you have mobility issues make sure you ask for a ground floor lodging
