The location for our purposes was excellent. The staff was very courteous & helpful but the breakfast was not up to usual standards

The location, not sound proof. Could hear people talking at the hall way even in the middle of the night.

Breakfast was amazing! Room was clean and the rooftop lounge was a nice space to have right outside.

There was only one elevator that got very congested. We mostly took the stairs because of this (only 4 floors in the building) but if you have mobility issues, this would be important to know. The location is right on the freeway, convenient, not pretty

Quiet, comfortable room with all my basic needs.

Power outage night 1, fire alarm sounded night 2 at 5 a m. Not quite hotel's fault but it was a disturbance to my stay.

The staff at Hotel was excellent specially at main desk.

I asked for the fresh towels which was not kept and I found out when I went to the hotel at 11.30PM. Next day housekeeping staff did not clean the room properly as toilet seat was left with some marks / spots along with the tv desk with some food left on

The shower did not work properly pieces of it were falling apart and breaking off the showerheads

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and precautions were taken for Covid-19. The room was spacious and clean. The television was awesome!

Yes, the heater made a loud continuous noise when on. I taped it if U would like to hear it. I didn’t sleep very well at all. At 7:15AM, Told the Mgr who checked me in the day before. She said I could have called the desk & they would have changed

We stayed there for the UCLA campus visit. The location of this hotel is convenient, plenty of parking space at the end of June.

Not obvious to find the entrance for the car

Staff was friendly

I was shocked after I got a bill for 2 nights in excess of 6 Benjamins. I called the hotel as their regular room rates are less. The guy told me HI now "adjusts" prices if it's a popular weekend. I think that's called 'price gouging'.

Very close to UCLA. Pretty good breakfast.

Building can use a little paint over. Charges parking fee. Noisy traffic environment.

We found the hotel, from the front desk to our room, was very clean and nicely decorated. And everyone from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff was friendly and professional. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and delicious.
