Said pet friendly (IT?S NOT) we got to our room at 11pm & when we got up to the room (with our 5 kids & dog) the phone was ringing back to back. They were throwing us out. I showed the lady the booking page & she said no they ?just? changed the policy.

We had a clogged and overflowing toilet. The staff gave us a plunger and to fix ourselves, but it worsened. We were denied access to an alternative restroom, were promised a plumber the next morning, but received no help. We had no access to a restroom!

A great location for visiting China Town.

It was sad that only the beauty shop in the court yard was in business. It would be an ideal location for some small businesses catering to the traveling clientele.

It was clean but there was NO breakfast and NO coffee!! A coupon to go across the street was given and an apple and granola bar in a brown bag! Disappointed

The location was terrible in a VERY SKETCH neighborhood and we were awaken at 3:00am to a VERY LOUD DRUNK HALLWAY PARTY that never ended!! And a drug deal right as we were checking in! Lovely

Recently updated decor it seems. Not in the best part of town, but close to Union Station which was a plus for us.

Front desk was not very helpful when asked about dinner options on a Sunday night after our late arrival.

The size of the room& that it was walking distance to concert venue I was attending.

Yes, we got to the hotel 15minutes prior to 3:00 which was check in but another customer came in 10 min prior to check in &they checked him in right away. I went after that customer&my rm wasn't ready for another hour per staff.No other accommodation.

Hotel oruce was good and rooms were actually prettt nice.

Breakfast and hours available, customer service hospitality, garage parking security and hotel area is very clean, quiet and well centralized to my visiting/traveling needs. I loved it and WILL return soon.

There was NO microwave in the room. Had to pay a parking fee each night for garage parking.

Everything. Service was great. Extra towels. They allowed a visitor to stay at no charge. Breakfast wad decent. It saves to eat there. I was there for one night, but would have stated longer if necessary.

I do not like paying for parking. Especially if I am paying to stay, even on at a lesser rate. It should be part of the package.

Beautiful lobby, nice bar, restaurant was pretty decent.

cheap linens, no overhead room light, no bath robes, and I personally would have liked a louder air conditioner

Great breakfast and breakfast staff, clean beds/bedding, interesting location.

Parking fees and (1) Parking staff was great the other was completely opposite the next day. Can see why they give you earplugs... walls are so thin that you can hear the conversations on the other side. Even worse if you have drunk neighbors

It was clean in a cheaply-furnished modern way. Inexpensive for LA, but it's not near anything you want to do. Strong AC

Parking in the garage under the building costs an extra $15 a day, which they should put on the website or include in the price (even if people walked in LA, there is nowhere to walk to around the hotel). The provided breakfast was fairly gross.

The breakfast was really good, and location.

The room has a funny smell, I don't know if it was the carpet. The floors were dirty.

They offered me a free umbrella because of the rain when I checked out.

The bathroom could have been updated or freshened up.

Breakfast was only so-so. The scrambled eggs seemed to be from powder. Other breakfast items better. We needed a reading lamp next to the room chair.
