Pros +

Location, proximity to services and activities.

Cons -

Was not the unit pictured online; was not a detached bungalow but a room and bath in a house, closed off by a hall door. Only one window (of 2) could be opened, but resulted in lost bathroom privacy. Owner had a PitBull dog that was always present.
