Location was great for us! The pool was awesome

The high charge for parking

The pool is great! Hotel employee at Check-In was really nice and helpful. The staff was friendly except the valet.

The parking situation is not helpful for handicap guests.I parked in front of the hotel for 3 mins to run up to my room, I was having an emergency, needed to get to the hospital asap, valet kept screaming at me (I have a tesla so no key to give him)

We loved the ambience and the rooms! We also were amazed to find Peloton bikes in the hotel gym!

We didn't like that there was a $45 parking fee but we were able to find street parking.

Undisclosed fees such as $45 plus tax for parking unless we wanted our car on the street and others. No clock or tub in room. Shutters don?t keep room dark in the morning. Stained carpet No coffee in room or lobby and much more

Clean rooms

Doors are outdated. Rooms need a better paint design.

The environment or the vibe of the hotel itself was very retro and modern love the atmosphere and the staff were all just so nice and accommodating. The day I arrived I was able to check in a little little bit earlier thanks to hotel employee at front desk!

No, overall the hotel met my expectations and was very beautiful as well as home vibes, we were even able to take part in some of their activities they hold

Good and drinks were excellent. Staff was helpful. Room was great and clean. Overall really liked the hotel and relatively convenient to to most places.

The location was close to airport and beaches but about an hour to LA City center

The staff needs to be versed with how to navigate tourists! I inquired with multiple personal and they had no idea what surrounded them! Maybe having a on site concierge would be a good option!

The staff who assisted us the majority of our two night stay. He was amazing, his welcoming personality and assistance through our stay. Definitely a return stay for us. Thank you so much!!

The location was great. There is a Ralphs next door and lots of great restaurants walking distance from the hotel. The food and cocktails at the bar were delicous. The staff was super helful and accomodating. Great experience.

The design and coffee. The front desk staff was kind and efficient.

The forced valet parking. It caused back up wait times and it was an additional cost that wasn¿t expected when we arrived. The pool is small and overly crowded. There¿s nowhere to sit.

pool is small. the weather was cold and windy so the pool was cold and there wasn't heating around the pool area. not many choices for meals.

Hotel was clean & comfy. Room was perfect for a few nights. The bed and pillows were the best. Hotel/bar nice little hang out.

Not much. Room didn't have any drawers but it wasn't an issue for me.

Not far from the airport.

There is no shuttle bus going to the airport. But the hotel didn¿t say it and the common has some people said Hotel provide Shuttle to airport. Not convenient if you have a morning airline.

Comfy bed, high-pressure shower, nice pool.

Blinds instead of blackout curtains (which do not work as well), aircraft noise starts at 7a, no iron just steamer.

The interior design! Everything from valet parking to checking in and getting to your room was amazing! I didn¿t get a chance to check out the cafe and also the pool but everything about my experience there was GREAT!

The people were very nice. The service was great. We had a clean room and easy access to the area for exploring.

The area was noisy with activity and it was cleary heard in the room. The bed was too soft for our tastes. The parking situation was atrocious. Either you paid too much for valet, or hunted down a spot on the busy street.

Mandatory $36 a day valet parking Covid cleaning rules and even after 3 days we had to request trash pick up Resort fee was also mandatory No directions in the room how to use tv etc.
